did not use enough glue on my windshield the glue is very expensive and they were stingy with it and it leaked badly.....cost me $150.00 to have the window taken out and glued in properly, if they needed another 20 or 30 bucks to do the job right I would have paid it........you get what you pay for the other guys charge more for a reason

They replaced my windshield and as soon as it started raining, my entire car started leaking water from under my glovebox. I took it back for them to fix and they put a piece of cardboard under my hood to “fix” My heater and A/C also stopped working from all the water seeping through. I would highly reccomend to spend the extra money and have it fixed the right way by anyone other than Peter Pan Auto Glass.

December 5th had windshield replaced here, December 10th opened car door, carpet soaking wet, water running down pillars. I return car to Ty Monday December 12th, he claims it's not his fault and my sunroof is leaking. My mini coooper clubman has never had a leak anywhere. When I go through car wash, I can hear water running out of the drains in car, doing exactly as they are designed to do. Back to Ty, he is adamant he didn't cause the problem, I googled replacement process, and clearly stated that windshield/seals have to be lined up with precision otherwise will leak. He refused to take responsibility. I told Ty I was taking car to my Mini Dealer for inspection. First available appt is January 9th, today is Jaunary 21, 2023. Mini had to remove front seats, lift carpet, and place dehumidifier in car to dry it out as water had reached/soaked to floorboards through carpet and all padding Mini confirmed he damaged the seals around doors and pillars not allowing a seal to be made. Mini confirmed this with him and he argued that he couldn't have done this. After several phone calls between Mini, myself and Ty at Peter Pan Auto Glass, a resolution was reached, Peter Pan Auto Glass did finally take responsibility and paid the $2577 cost for all the work that needed to be done. The lower cost of windshield replacement ultimately left me with out my car for 11 days and cost them $2577 I can't recommend Peter Pan Auto Glass to anyone.

They didnt put down any protection for my dash and thus scratches are all over my plastic. Plus when I went to tint the upper strip the detail shop said they put to much glue and that was slipped on my interior fabrics. When I went back to pan no one spoke English. Over all trashy people and service.

Excellent service. Hardworking. Best advice, book your appointment in advance, come in, and leave within 1 hour, go about your day like nothing happened. $100 for a broken front windshield with insurance deductable. Can't beat that at all, support mom and pop shops, most of the time, they give you the best deal anyways!
