Terrible service. My car sat in this shop for over 5 months with almost no communication at all. This shop made my car worse and had to send it to a real mechanic shop. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP

He is a little difficult to find, but his expertise and reputation allows him to not have to cut a high profile. You turn in right next to the Chevron station, go along the walk straight back. The office is to the left after going through the fence. Best to park outside sometimes and walk in.

Victor is a lifesaver! My family were driving from out of town and broke down on the way to go camping with a rented travel trailer. I called so many mechanics to try to find someone who could squeeze us in ASAP on a Thursday afternoon. Every place was booked or said it was too late to help us. Victor told us to bring it in, and even stayed after hours to fix our car so we could get back on the road. We are beyond thankful and would definitely recommend anyone living in Fairfield to see Victor for your automotive needs.

Best shop I’ve ever taken my car to, the owner Vick tor is always there putting in the work with he’s staff so you know it’s always a 100% good quality job. I will recommend Victor to anyone in the Solano county area for your car repair needs. He’s honest, easy to talk to and educates you if you’re interested. My Ford Ranger came in with a Harmonic Pulley/Balancer issue and Victor diagnosed it rather quickly and accurately. Fair pricing and efficient work/labor. 5/5 stars. I will be going to Auto Medic as long as I live in the area.

He's burned me multiple times charging me for work that he never even did and i found out 2 years later that all my parts were the same and never changed...he even allowed his employees to use my vehicles after hours and they weren't using it to do a test run..my friends saw my car at two events while it was supposedly still in the shop being worked on and don't let his GODLY CHURCH TALK FOOL YOU..Oh and by the way one of his employees wrecked the front of my car and he played clueless so I had to sue his insurance in order to get my car fixed..

My car sat at his shop too long and he did not communicate what was going on, without you having to call him. My car was damaged at his shop, and he said he would pay for the damage and didn't. I would not recommend taking your car to this guy
