An excellent experience again. This is the second time I've used this shop, the owner is honest and prices are reasonable. The work comes with a warranty. This time it was oil change, tire rotation and brakes, last time it was the front axles on my sienna with no problems after many miles

0 stars if possible. I took my Odyssey to Vince for 3 jobs....Timing belt, front pads and power steering pump. I had to take it back 3 times. The pads were squealing very loudly after he supposedly did the job. He changed them out again. Fixed. The power steering pump has and still is whining. I told him the reservoir fluid was bubbling after his first replacement of the pump, sign of air in the system. Air in the system could also be reason for the whining. I took it back twice for the same problem. He says he changed it out each time. Finally he said the whining was coming from the alternator. I hesitantly accepted his diagnosis. The whine is back full force and I smell fluid in the cab of the van. He charged me twice for this job. I am super nervous about the timing belt now. I asked him if I should be concerned and he sheepishly smiled and said don't worry about that. I spent close to $2k with Vince. He ripped me off. Gives mechanics a bad name. 0 stars if possible.

Do not go to him. Spent thousands of dollars on my engine work and he used wrong parts and screws. Some unknown silicone substance was used all throughout the engine causing damage. If I hadn’t got it checked in time by a real mechanic my engine would have blown shortly after his work. I took my car back to him during his warranty period he included but he didn’t want to do/pay for the work so he lied and told me my turbo was failing and he couldn’t do anything but it was not failing at all. Do not go to this fraud he is scamming people out of money and needs to be shut down. Pending investigation…

He saved my car! It’s never run as good as it does now. It honestly runs better than it did when I first purchased it used from Nissan. Feels like a brand new vehicle. I could not get it past 1RPM or 40 miles per hour and it was screaming the second I turned it on. The more I accelerated the louder it sounded. The problem was with my catalytic converter and manifold. Within a day he got me fixed and back on the road. It’s never driven so smooth and is so quiet now. Thank you so much! I will recommend him to everyone.
