Took a chance with AceOK 5 auto repair and it was a mistake. $1200 worth of work and my car works worse than when I brought it in. And it still has the same problems.

Just Called to ask if they can service my kia and possibly brakes and asked approximately how much, the guy said call schedule appointment and hung up on me, that's why I was calling. Very rude. Disappointed because I heard good things about them. Customer service awful

Had to turn around for an EMERGENCY there was an ambulance behind my husband. He came out screaming, yelling and cussing. Absolutely rude. We rolled down the window initially to ask a question and say sorry for the turn around. My husband was going to have his truck serviced there. Definitely won't be scheduling there. The owner has an awful demeanor. Very very rude.

Got estimate for power steering leak/fix and he said it would be $2500- basically replacing everything. I decided to take it home and do it myself and ended up replacing the pressure sensor for $39. All fixed and no leaks. Already put 3000 miles since then. I can’t trust this operation at all.

I have a Honda Accord that I just bought that had been sitting. I told Paul that it was having issues shifting from 1st to 2nd mainly, but overall needed fluids flushed. They took care of the fluids, cleaned out the transmission. It is working better. They took care of me the best they could without having me spend hundreds or more. I appreciate the honesty and quality of the service. I appreciate you guys and I will be coming back.
