I use Acme Glass for all my glass needs. They came to my house (15 miles out of town) to replace my car windshield much cheaper than Safelite. Plus if they install your windshield, all highway rock chips & cracks are repaired for free.

Had a broken side window and originally booked an appointment with Safelite. After they (Safelite) called me (like 4 hours after I dropped it off) they tried to almost double the original price. I had heard good things about Acme so I told Safelite not to bother and that I would go somewhere else. Not only was the price well over $100 cheaper from Safelite’s original price, it was done in a couple hours and the initial price was the final price. Wish I would’ve just used acme from the beginning and saved myself half a day and a little money.

I visited the place to get a plexiglass cut for my lab at TAMU. I already had the sample to be cut and they were generous to cut it for free of charge. They were very professional and prompt in their job. Would recommend anyone to do business with them.

We called Acme Glass to come and repair a puncture in one of our windows at our office. The appointment time was not upheld and we only found out that we had been rescheduled when we inquired. There was bad weather and it's understandable that we would get bumped, but a call would have been nice. The technician came for the appointment. He came in and asked my staff where the window was. He never came back in to confirm he was working on it or if the work had been done. He never delivered a work order of any sort. I then received a call to our office from a very rude woman asking if I had payment. I had no invoice, but she insisted I pay with a credit card over the phone. I tried to explain my displeasure with my experience, but she cut me off and continued to be rude. She promised a receipt via email, which I never received. We've now called again for a receipt, but were told it would take until the end of the day to get it. I would not recommend Acme Glass.

Can't say enough about this place and the employees. I knew they did a good job with auto glass, but this time I had to replace some glass in an antique cabinet and install a mirror into another antique piece. Acme did a super job on both items, and I was very pleased with the low price (amazed, really) and the excellent customer service (I dealt with (Kelly Waggoner and another young man). I will definitely be bringing more business to them and telling my friends.

Wonderful place to get a window/glass replaced. I’ve had a dozer window, 18 wheeler back window and front window replaced. They made a template of the jd door window and then cut the plexiglass type glass and installed it to the door frame for me! Wonderful folks to work with.

Had a vehicle that needed a new windshield it was replaced and had extremely loud whistles. Took it back and nothing was changed... took it to safelite and they pulled it off.... They said the install was done incorrectly and showed me the glass. It had almost no adhesive and was only glued in a couple spots. They installed it correctly and the noises all went away. It cost me twice as much to get it done right but from now on I just go straight to safelite

I suggested them to a relative because I had received wonderful service a couple of years ago. However, they couldn't calibrate on the 2025 car and knew it was likely but only told us after they changed out the windshield. They should have told us ahead of time. They said it was a problem they had had on 2025 models.

I wish I could give zero stars. I had my windshield replaced here a couple of months ago, and afterward it began leaking from both the side and the center. I contacted the shop and returned to have the issue addressed, but unfortunately the problem was never resolved and the job was not redone. After losing confidence, I went to another shop just a few minutes away. Their team was knowledgeable, professional, and explained clearly why the leak may have occurred. They redid the installation properly, offered me a discount, and even tinted my front windows at a great price. Based on my experience, the overall workmanship and customer service at ACME did not meet my expectations. I would not return and recommend saving your time and money by choosing a more reliable shop
