I went to get a deluxe car wash today 08/12 and was not satisfied with the job they supposedly vacuumed it.. and stains all over my windows and doors very poor job.

This is unacceptable this is the second time I’ve come here and I was disappointed both times, the car wasn’t only not clean it had dirt inside it just looked like they threw a towel on it and wiped it down, once the car was washed I asked if they could clean it better because it was almost at the same state I brought it in and the manager said he couldn’t do anything since I also wasn’t happy last time, he said he worked on the car himself and that’s the best they could do I am very disgusted with my service. I will not be coming back I also lost one of my cables in the service.

Friendly people. Quick service. Poor quality interior cleaning. I spent $30. I pay less than that for a month of unlimited self service washes. But I wanted to try full service. I was disappointed. The interior of my car barely looked like it had been cleaned. I’ll go back to cleaning it myself. Waste of money.

I get my car washed two to three times a week. Most of the time the staff does a great job. Every now and then. I have to remind them to dry my grill in front of my car.

Just good people here. I have been getting my car washed here for over a year now, and recently started getting my oil changed as well. The car wash is always next level good, they vacuum and get everything to perfection. I've never left and found dirt or spots on the outside or inside. The oil change is just like anywhere else, it's just nice to do both at the same time.

I paid for a deluxe cleaning for my car. They did a half job my windows spotted. They didn’t even clean the cupholder. I wouldn’t recommend to go get your car washed there.

I stop using them, because super high prices and super low quality work, I give them a try again today, and again $48 for a little toyota car, they missed armor all inside and tires we have to take it back, they re do it, again horrible job, and they hide the key on the car on purpose for no reason ,customer service really poor, whit no education to take care business, for sure not going back again ever again they didn't deserve a single start please people don't spend you money on the careless business

The day that I took my truck there, I was first in line. I wanted an oil change, carpets clean, and an overall thorough detailing of my truck. Now the oil change is what is keeping me from totally hating my experience there that day. My truck didn't get cleaned and detailed properly, so 😕 I will not be a returning customer of theirs. I could have done a much better job at my apartment. Working graveyards and I was trying to treat myself to a clean and deodorized truck but that's not what I received! You live and you learn! I'll pay someone else to get it right!

Not worth what they charge. They didn't even clean my front seats or the back windows. They didn't clean the insides of the doors or the seat doors. I am currently at another car wash doing it myself cause you can't even get a decent clean there. Unreal also they always claim to be so busy the detailer is never available. 4 time here and I'll never go back

I have gone to Shammys for 2-3 years. Today I was quite disappointed. I paid for the deluxe wash but the mats were not machine washed— the drivers mat still had dirt, the passenger mirror had a large spot that was not there before, and the windshield still had marks from the marker. I don’t think they did the deluxe. But no level should have left that much.
