I have never had to deal with hail damage before so I asked them to walk me through the process and the process seemed easy enough. They told me they would send the quote to my insurance company and then once they had my quote they refused to send it to my insurance company even though they said they would.

I recently had my 2023 Chevy pickup repaired with the damage to the right rear quarter panel in front of the taillight. This is where the body seams come together for strength and has a lot of curves and indentations. The body repair employees did and excellent job in straightening the panel and the curves into its original shape. Also the painter did an excellent job in repainting the panel back to the original color with NO imperfections. I worked as a body repair man years ago and can appreciate quality work. Caliber Collision is such a company. Marcos, who works as the Service Advisor, explained all the repairs needed and potential options that any ordinary driver would understand. He kept me updated on the repairs and actually completed the repairs earlier than expected. I would definitely use the Caliber Collision facility in Bryan, Texas again. Definitely recommend this shop to anyone seeking quality repairs to their vehicle. Thanks guys, drive safe.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! even if your insurance recommends it I promise you that you need to find another company or at least a Different location. Brought the car in after a small accident had to replace the bumper and change censors for the cruise control. While it was in the shop the windshield had been cracked then they tried to blame it on a small chip in the window and absolutely refused to fix it. We told them to go back in the cameras and suddenly a magically they “don’t have cameras on the outside of the property or in the shop” . The bumper was very poorly installed with so many gaps and parts that aren’t aligned. We have had to come in multiple times because these “professional” mechanics can’t seem to simply fix or replace a censor. Very rude, they never take responsibility, and we bring the car in for the censor which is a 40 minute job yet we’re waiting 6 hours. Had to pay 1000$ deductible on top of what insurance pays them yet they can’t seem to do absolutely anything right. We are filing complaints through triple A and filing complaints up there corporate leadership. Please if you care what so ever about your car being fixed even semi properly do not bring your car to this location.
