My wife brought our 2010 corolla for replacement shocks and they scheduled us quickly with a very reasonable rate. They also have an alignment machine, which is a big investment! Wife came home with the documentation of the alignment printed out just like you get at one of the big shops.

FAIR WARNING. I got ripped off. I had some problems with getting gas from the tank to the engine. Needless to say they "fixed" it and charged me $380 for the "repairs." After about 3 days I started having the same exact issues I was having before. Turns out all I needed was gas. My fuel pump was just sending air. They claimed they changed some fuel lines because they were "bad" but I had just replaced them all along with the fuel tank itself so there was no way they were bad. I asked a few times what was specifically wrong with my Jeep but they never gave me a straight answer, they just kept telling me the brand new lines I put in were bad. After I checked the lines underneath the vehicle, everything appeared to be exactly the way I left it when I replaced the fuel tank. Cant believe I payed $380 for them to put a little gas in it. I DO NOT recommend you use this shop, but I cant stop you so just be careful. There are plenty of other, highly reputable shops in town that wont try to rip you off and I personally wont be using them any more. Hopefully this helps.

I took my car to have the leaks fixed twice. It was never fixed, my car continues to leak. The problem was never fixed. when attempting to take my car the third time he had an attitude and excuses.

Kevin was wonderful. He is honest, trustworthy, good at what he does. I had a mysterious issue with my RV and he figured it out right way, then said stuff like "your heater doesn't work" which was true and I hadn't told him. He just knows what's going on. Anyway, he was super friendly, helpful, welcoming, knowledgable. I ended up living on his lot in my RV for a few days (bad weather) and he was great company. Seriously, he treated me and my dog awesome. And made my RV run better than it ever has.

After a bad experience at another local service repair company who “repaired” car but actually didn’t fix the issue then decided they didn’t want to try anymore to work on it. Derrick was willing to look at the car to try to properly diagnose and repair. It only took minutes for him to diagnose and just a short time to repair. He spent more time making sure the repair was correct than he spent on the actual repair. He was quick to communicate and pricing was more than fair. My only regret is not using Duke’s first.
