After a wild weekend out with the fellas that culminated in an unsightly sideswipe, City Paint & Body came through for me again and made my car like new. These guys literally have the ability to turn back the hands of time! There is no trace of the damage whatsoever. 2023 Update: My neighbor sideswiped me(and was decent enough to leave a note...hope for the human race after all). I put off getting the work done, but then I ran over road debris in Houston and busted my fender too. Oh, well...no job is too big for these guys. They fixed all the damage including replacing and calibrating my radar sensor for my adaptive cruise control (which works great now btw). After several months of driving around with unsightly damage, my car again looks as good as new!

We tried to use this business, but they don't seem to know how to submit the photos and estimate they performed to our insurance company. I don't know why, but this company has lied to us the whole way and delayed the repair of our daughter's car for months! So, hail storm in April, daughter takes the car in for estimate in early June, and we're still waiting on this company to submit the estimate and photos of the damage to our insurance company. We thought the lengthy delays were the fault of our daughter dragging her feet, but it has been the shop this whole time. Here's a break down on why you should avoid this shop. June 14: estimate performed and shop says the car is likely totaled July 9: called insurance company to find out what is the status. They say they are waiting on paperwork from City Paint & Body. Call the shop and they say we haven't received work assignment from insurance company. Call ins. company back, they say assignment already sent, and they resend. Weekly calls where City Paint & Body keeps giving different excuses. July 26: City P&B says they are uploading docs as we speak to me. Aug 2: Claim closed due to lack of activity. Call insurance company and hold while they call City P&B. They are waiting to submit docs closer to repair appointment in NOVEMBER! What happened to we're uploading the docs now? In conversations with the shop and insurance company, the shop didn't use their own estimate numbering system, they said the different names of daughter and parents confused them (even though all our names were on the insurance work assignment), and lied numerous times. If something doesn't smell right when you deal with these folks, you're probably being lied to. I would suggest you use another, more reputable shop.

These guys are great! Quick response to all of my concerns and got me rolling again in no time. Needed a chrome cladded wheel for my Dodge truck that was not available quickly through the dealership, and they called around and got a wheel from one of their vendors and had me up and running again by Tuesday. Robert was very helpful and courteous from the initial free estimate. I returned in a couple weeks to have the repairs and my car was ready the next day just like they promised. I was one of many that got caught by the hail storm earlier this year. I took my vehicle in for repairs because they were #1 on my insurance company’s list. After picking up my vehicle when repairs were complete, I can see why they are #1. I am beyond pleased with the work they did on my car. My car looks fabulous and couldn’t be happier. My daughter ripped her front fender off her jeep in a parking garage. We were given City Paint and Body as a recommendation from a friend in College Station. Within 20 min of pulling into the parking lot, they had us a very reasonable quote and the parts ordered. They called us the next day that the parts were delivered and we had her car fixed much quicker than I would have ever anticipated. They did everything they said they would do and more, great customer service! I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again if needed.

The folks at City Paint and Body took less than two weeks to setup an appointment for me to turn my car in and hand it over to me. The actual repair time was 3 days or so. They offered excellent service, ordered the parts before I turned in my car. They work efficiently, and I got my car back running really quickly. They are professional and they even temporarily fixed the issues with my car's bumper before I could turn the car in for repair at my appointed time. Other bigger places told me it would take 4-5 weeks to repair my car , I got my car fixed here in essentially 3 days. I will highly recommend them to anyone.

Burned out bulbs in brand new headlight assembly. Front right tire is leaning. Front right hubcap still cracked and chipping. Hood is still misaligned. Paint work incomplete (no stripe). Bad bad bad bad This is almost 3 months and this is what they do. So awful
