Raymond and his team were quick and friendly. I am only in the market of looking at wheels, Ashley was very informative with the process. The Store Manager, Assistant, and Account Manager even took the time out of their day to stop and ask if everything was going okay and take wheels to put against my car for me to see! Shoot even the tire tech came to speak with me. I felt like a real VIP. I would recommend this place to everyone. Who can beat $20 for your first week? I might not have went through with the deal but that’s only because I am getting a new car! I 100% recommend Rent A Wheel!

I was blown away by the customer service at this location! They closed at 6:00 but remained open until 8:00 to make sure and get my wheels installed before going home for the day. They took extra care to keep my white interior clean during the process. They even took the time to explain the process to me and teach me about the new lug nuts. They answered all of my questions with answers I could understand - as this is the first time I've had rims installed, so it's been a learning process for me. I was extremely impressed with everyone who helped me b/c they were all very kind and knowledgeable in their respective field. I will definitely continue to do business with RAW and recommend them to anyone in need of their services! I truly wish I could give them a bonus star!!

My wheels got stolen at aspen heights, I was upset that I lost the original factory tires but wasn’t so sad when I saw their selection of top shelf sets. The manager even let me barrow his jack which made it a lot easier to put the new shoes on.

This place just went beyond my expectations.. Matt, Ray, & their team came to us even though they don't have road side assistance we had no way to get to them they went above and beyond got us a tire to come to their shop and get the rest put on they had excellent service, they were thorough in explaining the terms and the vibe was amazing. I cannot say enough good things about this branch of RAW. Decided to try them and I was not disappointed with tje service or quality. They offer more with their financing than traditional tire shops thay don't finance. And yes they have affordable tires for even the most basic, no frills vehicles. They did NOT try to charge a penny more than I was quoted on the phone while every tire shop I called and went to did try to charge double than what I had been told on the phone. The staff are friendly and they hook you up with some gifts that come to about $200 if you were to buy them. I was able to get 4 new tires at price that did not empty my account. Thank you guys for the service and sticking to the price you quoted.

I highly recommend you avoid going here at all costs if you value your time and the way your wheels look. One simple thing turned into month long wait with these guys. I was VERY adamant about them not damaging my wheels since i have a brand new car and the wheels were in pristine condition. I spoke with people 3 different people about 5 times before they even looked at the vehicle. Even when i was handing over the keys i asked again and they chuckled confidently. They said they will ask the tech to see if he can do it without damaging it. Multiple times i said if they cant do it without causing damage i will take it somewhere else so i dont waste my time. Somehow they managed to damaged all 4 of my tires and to make things worse they out a tire on the wrong direction. All 4 now have scratches around the outer lip and 3 of them have multiple deep knicks. After 10 phone calls, FOUR 60 minute roundtrips and an entire month. We came to a conclusion. After voicing my concerns about my wheels not being the OEM color, long term durability of the finish, possible defects, time for the coat to harden and time spent doing all these things i tried to so hard to avoid, they decided they will repair the wheels instead of replacing them.
