denied anything happened to truck when truck slide off lift.I was there for a tire rotation. I watched my truck slide off lift. Javier was very unprofessional. He did not want to resolve issue that they caused. He was so sure that his employees did not cause break in fuel cover. Do not come here with a 2500 truck when its wet. He will blame it on the rain then will find what he can to show they did not do it.Thankfully it only rubbed my exhaust. Damamed fuel cover. down 130 bucks now from a 27 dollar tire rotation

I can only speak for the oil change.. But it was fast friendly service.. They have a few new guys it seems like, so feel free to keep an eye on things.. But dont let that stop ya.. We have all had to learn a trade somewhere right.. I will be back for sure..

I have been here over an hour, there are two cars in the bay. 3 techs. Appears one of the cars is the employees or a shop friend. Let’s put us in front of the customer, great business model. Company vehicle, lease plan instantly approved. My car was here before the other. Don’t know why it’s taking an hour to do a 10 minute oil change with 2 cars in the bay and three techs. I hear yelling and shouting so either 1. There’s an error they’re attending to and not updating the customer or 2 they’re just very very slow. Possibly both, just glad this is a fleet vehicle and not my personal. Would love to enjoy some coffee but their machine is broken. Would love to go about my day, but no I’m at the mercy of incompetency either in customer service or workmanship; potentially both. As I was finalizing this review tech advised they had to remove a skid plate to access the oil nut. Last time I checked a skid plate may have 10 screws, with a drill this should take 7 minutes max to R&R. Now I will have to check the skid plate to ensure no damage and proper re-installation was completed. Techs are young and I understand they need to learn, but let’s not do that on fleet vehicles…….. Tech did apologize for delay, let’s keep the customer updated throughout the process next time.

Warning to the public. DO NOT GET YOUR OIL CHANGE HERE. I got an oil change at jiffy lube January 30th 2024. located at 3000 Towne center drive byan Texas. My milage was 171, 726 right now my milage is 175,270 i got 3,544 miles on a 5,000 mile interval. Today My motor oil was empty. EMPTY. which means jiffy lube did NOT fill my motor oil properly. I had to do an emergency oil change my self as I trust no one anymore. Shame on you. I have receipt. Photos, if my engine starts acting up. You are to blame. What ever happened to good moral, ethical, service, Shame on you jiffy lube. And even more shame too you if you don't correct your unethical obligation to the public. What you did is theft of services.

Horrible experience. Tried to get an alignment done and they said they weren't able to get my truck aligned. While I wasnt charged, the left the vehicle worse off than what I took it in for. Undrivable now. Traction control is now malfunctioning. Truck pulls hard left. Ill never recommend or go back.

I got my oil changed, my cabin filter, air filter, and my coolant switched out. I asked for a brake job because I had a slight squeak when I stop. I was told the pads were still at a good level. It would've been $249 for each axle. I dont think they understand how much I appreciate their honesty! I will definitely be back. You don't find many people that won't take advantage of you these days. 10 out of 10!

Discount Tires across the street from this location recommended I go there for a state inspection. When I arrived , Ernesto greeted me and displayed gentlemen qualities; he helped me collect my personal items as I was getting out of the car, opened the door, escorted me inside the cool waiting space and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Once done, he walked me to my car and said come back anytime. Top notch team, other employees body language was welcoming. This is my new go to spot in the BCS area.

I felt very positive towards the work performed. Everyone was quick to perform my service request and. kept following with me about the status of other parts. The only problem I felt was that the service was too expensive, even with the discount coupon. I could jave visited the Honda dealership for the same price, but they would have been slower than jiffy lube.

Usually pretty good with my other vehicles, but this time they didn’t have my filters so I had to go somewhere else. They should’ve had somebody pick them up and bring them back and put them in from the dealership across the street. They should’ve never let me leave to another lube place.

First time going to Jiffy Lube. The wait was not long and the service was great. The manager explained what to expect and the different types of oil changes to choose from. I knew she’d of time what the cost was before the oil change. Afterwards he explained what services were they do and if I needed any services other than oil. Give them a call for an appointment.
