I wish I could give negative stars. I was completely scammed by the owner of this establishment. I paid a significant amount of money to have a new engine placed in my 2007 suburban. It now runs worse than before I took it in to Brunson Automotive. Please do not patronize this business. I promise you it is not worth your time or money.

Boyfriend was having problems with his car. He dropped it off here to see what was wrong. He DID NOT get a call for THREE DAYS!!! When he called them to see what was taking so long they told him that they didn’t have enough time to call him and let him know. On top of that they couldn’t even fix it! So my boyfriend has to wait even longer to get his car fixed by someone else. I don’t recommend this place.

LF brake on my F250 seized up during the pouring rain. Had to wait on parts being delivered, but couldn't be more pleased with the service once the new rotors arrived. My special needs daughter and I had just left her speech therapy, and the staff at Olympic treated her fabulously while we waited.

I've left a review on the Olympic Automotive thats down the road but I've recently been coming to this one and they're just as great. I come here for my oil changes in my 2014 Honda and they're MUCH cheaper than other people around town (I pay $55 for fully synthetic oil changes vs the other guys quoting me around $75-100). I recently had an issue with my battery and, although the battery was expensive (and that's totally out of their control), I didn't mind paying the $170 because these guys are honest and weren't just trying to get money out of me. I'm glad I found this place last year! SN: The girl who works in the office is always so nice to me I enjoy having conversations with her whenever I come in :)
