Idk what their training process is at Aggieland Chevrolet but the other dealerships in town should definitely take note. I visited SEVEN on Saturday and was either ignored or hassled with a million questions, when all I wanted was to see a few cars in person instead of online. So when we got to Aggieland, it was the end of the day and we were so tired that I was grateful to look around the lot unbothered for a bit. Just as I start to think no one is going to come talk to us, Jacob comes out and introduces himself. Polite and professional, he asked a few simple questions but mainly let me lead the conversation while he listened patiently. Y'all. I had ZERO plans to purchase a vehicle that day. Z.E.R.O. But Jacob’s gentle approach left me so much room to consider things, in the moment, that I agreed to a test drive and fell in love. Hell, on the drive, he just sat in the back quietly and let us oooh and aaaah over the features unless we had questions. Look. I don’t buy cars often. In fact, I very much drive them until the wheels fall off, tape and superglue em back together and then drive em some more.. so I’m not familiar with with how a typical sale goes but you hear stories and they’re peppered with pushy tactics and shady undertones. I didn’t get any of that with Jacob or Luke (finance). Every step of the process felt like my choice. And it seems crazy, to value something so simple, since it should be a given, but it was the piece that got me to the finish line. Now I’m a big fan of long reviews but if you’re looking for a summary, here it is: If you’re in the market for a vehicle, GO SEE JACOB. I feel like I bought the experience and the car is just a really cool bonus. Also, big shoutout to Luke, in the finance department. We were his last customer of the day (on a very busy day) and he still had jokes and patience for us and I never felt rushed. Aggieland Chevrolet for the win!!

I can not recommend Aggieland Chevrolet enough! I went to seven different dealerships during the search for my new car and they won my business for many reasons. First off, my sales representative, Jacob Pena, was amazing. He is knowledgeable, polite, and made sure I got the best deal I could. You could tell he truly cared and was not there to rip me off like some of the other dealerships I went to. During my shopping process, he answered all of my questions promptly and made sure to reach out to me in case I had more. Even after the sale, I had a great experience in finance with Malek who helped me understand the meaning of all the extended warranties. I have since bought add-ons from parts and visited service where I have had other exceptional experiences. Every single person on this team has gone above and beyond and I can not recommend them enough- especially Jacob!

The staff here are very friendly and enjoyable to talk to. They have a solid selection of new and used vehicles and did not hide anything as far as purchasing my 2026 Colorado went. I was kept in the loop about the price i was paying for the truck and all the extra warranties through out the entire process. The majority of my review goes to Jacob Pena, as I bought my truck through him. For a salesman who's only been in the industry for less than 6 months he spoke with the knowledge of someone who's been selling vehicles for 1 or more years. And the Finance manager i spoke with, Malekai I believe his name was, also very knowledgeable and easy to talk to about any information regarding my truck and all the warranties i got as well. Their online specialist (Maddie) sent me pictures of the actual truck I was asking about, extremely nice and helpful! My salesman Clayton Gunn was great, he listened to all my needs for a truck and concerns for a warranty, he never pressured me into anything, or anything different. I explained to him I lived 3 hours away and just couldn’t “drop” by when we made the deal it was all over the phone and online paperwork which I’ve never done but they made it all so easy and stress free. Luke the finance guy, was fantastic sent me all the e docs and answered all my questions over the phone while reading through them. Clayton literally went the extra mile to get me in the truck! Most definitely would business with this dealership and especially these 3 people again!
