I regret not seeing the reviews before I started! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! for starters no place to make change, and the machines do not give change... Vacuums themselves are ok, but the hose is too short! I had to back my truck half way out the spot so the hose would reach throughout the truck. The ends on the vaccum hose aren't good, it is very hard to not get them stuck on your carpet making it take you twice as long to vacuum.. I wish the vacuums were the worst of it, but they weren't. Washing your car there is a joke! Absolute waste of money!!! All the button choices are warn off, you can't read them, you have to decipher the sign, count down to what you need, then count down on the buttons all while your paid time is ticking away. The foam brush does not foam, just squirts water, the high pressure soap does not put out any soap, the clear coat does not disperse, and the spot free rinse still leaves spots all over. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

If I could give this place a -5 star review I would. I took my Volkswagen to get the oil changed and they put the O ring for the oil filter lid in the wrong place which allowed the oil to drain out and coat the bottom of my car. So on my lunch break I had to go get oil to put in my car to take it to Douglass Mazda Volkswagen to get the oil changed again. They took a video of what they did wrong. I sent an email to the area manager just want a refund of the invoices from them and Volkswagen and they said because I didn't bring it back to them to let them fix it that voided the warranty. Since when was there a warranty of oil changes? This place is trash. The refund would be less than $200 bucks. Once again this place is trash. Why would I bring it back to the shop that took 1 1/2 hours to change my oil and let them try to find out what happened. That's why I took it to people who deal with this brand of car daily. Nobody in there right mind would take their car back to let them HOPEFULLY find out what they did wrong when they couldn't find the oil filter for 10 mins.

I was considering getting an oil change at this facility because it was convenient, but thankfully I got a front-row seat to the kind of incompetence they operate with. As I pulled up, I watched a white Passat exit the oil change bay, turn onto the road, and immediately start pouring oil from underneath like a busted pipe. It wasn’t a drip. It wasn’t a leak. It was a full-blown flood. I honked to try to get the driver’s attention — because clearly someone had to step in and notice the disaster unfolding. I’m assuming the car had just gotten an oil change, which tells you everything you need to know about the quality of service happening in that garage. If these people can’t handle something as basic as securing a drain plug or tightening a filter, then what exactly are they qualified to do? Top off the windshield fluid and hope for the best? I wouldn’t trust them to inflate a bicycle tire, let alone touch my vehicle. If you value your car, your money, or just basic competence, take it somewhere else

Came in 1/6/22 to get an oil change and my wipers replaced. When I went out to get back into my car I noticed a brand new large crack in my windshield. All of the employees working that day denied that it happened while my car was being worked on but the crack was definitely not there when I arrived and it’s so large I definitely would have noticed it. I notified the employees before leaving and they stated there was nothing they could do and that a supervisor would be calling me. It is now 1/18/22 and I have not heard anything since. I don’t believe this was done on purpose and I understand accidents happen, but I’m very upset that this occurred and that I have not heard anything from a supervisor. Cannot in good faith recommend this place to anyone.

Self serve machines never work. People move the cones then when you swipe your card it’s an automatic fee of $10 then nothing works. Also the drive through washes charges $10 no matter what setting you choose. when you go talk to the people working at the rally lube they say there is nothing they can do about any of it.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. If I could give negative stars for this place, I would. My car leaked oil after getting it changed here because the drain bolt was barely in, my oil was very thick and very black the day it got changed by them. My oil filter was so tight, we had a very hard time getting it off. I will NEVER go back to this place. I will say, upper management contacted me very quickly after I wrote corp an email and offered to redo my oil change at our earliest convenience but why would I take my car back after that? Almost $100 plus another oil change into it, I have 0 interest in any place affiliated with this location.
