Went here to have my clutch replaced on my 2009 ford ranger, ford was going to charge me $2300 to fix. They fixed it for less then half that cost. These guys are so trustworthy and hardworking men. The owner is not overly friendly, but he is honest and professional. My daughter and I needed work on her Tundra truck. I’d been without a car trying to make ends meet because other places were quoting me hundreds of dollars to replace my battery cable. Great service & price! The condenser went out on my Chevy Tahoe and I was quoted a price from the dealership. When I called Stratta and told them the issue/cost they assured me they would be able to save me money. I took my vehicle in the next day and as promised it was $150 less than the dealership! In fact they are also receptive if you bring your own replacements parts and pay for labour. Me and some of my international students friends solely trust them for our repairs. They are honest and good at what they do. Another popular place said I needed new tie rods. Brought my car to Stratta and they checked them and told me that the ones I had were fine and didn't even have any cracks in them. Saved myself $700!

You shouldn't take your car anywhere BUT Stratta! I've taken my 2013 Honda Accord here multiple times for small issues like a brake line giving out or my starter malfunctioning, and every time they're able to diagnose the problem and repair it in the SAME DAY, even if they've got a backlog of cars to get through. They are professionals that value your time and money, and won't try to upsell you on anything. Very honest, hard-working men there. Highly recommend!

I want to give Stratta Auto Repair a lot of credit for their professionalism and customer service. I had a radiator replacement done on my 2008 Dodge Ram last year. Recently I reached out to them with a concern about the installation, even though quite a bit of time had passed. They called me back quickly, were very courteous, and asked me to bring the truck in so they could take a look. I dropped the truck off in the morning and picked it up after work. They corrected the issue at no charge and made sure everything was properly secured and done the right way. I really appreciate how seriously they took my concern and how quickly they made it right. That kind of accountability and customer service means a lot, and it shows they truly stand behind their work. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest shop that takes care of its customers.
