This place is a gem, or more like a diamond in the rough. Frank takes good care of people, very patient and definitely down to earth. This is not your ordinary repair/used car lot. They are up front about all of the vehicles and do a great job finding you what you need without trying to push something on you. While in Spring Hill, FL we visited many lots trying to find a car for my wife's father. We kept coming back to Action Auto because we felt welcome and not rushed. We ended up buying a 2006 Nissan Sentra that we not only got a good deal on, but it was just what we were looking for. Many thanks to Frank, what an awesome person!

I met the owner Frank 12 years ago.When we bought a van from him. I have bought 4 vehicles from him and they were all great vehicles. Every once and a while a little thing would go bad but you can expect that with older vehicles. Frank has always fixed them. Just recently we have sold the 1st 1996 van and 1998 car we have bought from him and they both still ran as champs. We loved them vehicles but with all that money we have saved for them 12 years we were able to buy a brand new van! He is a very honest mechanic, I wouldn't trust my vehicles with anyone else!

I wish I would have known about this place and Frank a long time ago. Just recently worked on my van, had several problems. He fixed them all, for a totally reasonable price. I will be taking my van back for other things soon. I was amazed and happy to not be taken advantage of, which I have been so much at other places in Spring Hill.
