That’s unacceptable service! I called and asked them if they can do manifold exhaust pipe replace having mobile service sent out? My full request was on recorded line. Sure enough mobile tech guy comes and says no it needs to be done in shop. I was doing my other suspension work on a truck. Of course I can not move it, so I said than cancel it and return my $1061.15 that you just charged me, they say no we we do not know how much refund and we have a meeting coming up, and dispatch just hung up the phone.

That’s very bad service, they charged my dad over the phone $1k using a link for mobile service that clearly tasked manifold exhaust pipe work needs to be done. Tech shows up, takes pictures and says no it has to be done in shop you want to tow? Dad said no, and they not returning our money back, so we stack moving forward, that’s crazy service. Just to come out they did $1061.15. Hope CEO of this company reads this, and we will definitely use BBB, all other sites that could help us other truck driver stay alert
