We currently have a variety of cars, foreign and domestic, from a 1967 to a 2004. Dan and the crew ALWAYS come thru, no matter what the issue. I've had a lot of cars repaired over the last 5+ decades in many different places in the USA, and, all considered, Ken's remains number ONE! My only "problem" with Ken's is we've lived here for 20 years, but didn't start coming here until 9 years ago!

My fiance went here for a oil change not long back and it's time for another one so I went down there to do it and this bolt is either covered with jb weld or they used a impact cause this bolt will NOT come off a drain plug should never be this tight,I've been fighting this bolt for 3 hours now used breaker bar which ended up snapping a extension then stripped bolt so I just had to buy bolt extractor sockets and hope these work would not recommend coming here for a oil change

If you are a single woman, stay far away as they will take advantage. Went in and told the mechanic it was one of two problems, and he did not check. He just went ahead and chose one. $100 later, I have the same problem I went in with and was told I needed another part. Now that after searching you tube, I knew exactly the issue and was able to have my brother fix it in 10 minutes. Please stay away from this place!
