Ben is an extremely nice person and he will do everything to help you fix your car. Just be sure to check and compare prices. I trusted Ben as being a nice and honest man. Unfortunately when I checked the price for the replacement parts he gave me I found out that he over charged me for hundreds of dollars. Always do your homework before agreeing on a price!

I came in after I skid and hit the median. Some lights came on saying there was an issue with the auto collision detection and some other things. I looked him up, saw the reviews and decided to stop by. He had to leave within an hour for a flight. He could've turned me away. But he said he wanted to make sure the car was safe to drive. He connected the car to test it, he looked at the sensors to make sure nothing was unplugged. And we checked to see if the wheels were alright. He made sure I could safely drive after the small incident. Very nice, very respectful, very good conversation, and just a great experience with good old fashioned customer service

I had an issue with a spark plug and called around to every shop that was open and close to me and Ben's was the only shop that would even try to look at it, let alone they had me come in right then and fit me in around their busy schedule. Ended up being a loose connector but they were very kind and professional in explaining the issue and only charged me to diagnose it, and I was out in 30 minutes. I've had mechanics in the past that would have told me I needed a whole set of plugs. If you want exceptional customer service and honest people, I'd go to ben's, and I will definitely be back with any other issues I have.

Love the service I received this week when getting my oil changed! I went in for a routine oil change and they noticed my tires were bald on my the front of my car and advise me I needed to replace them before I had a problem. I really appreciated Ben helping me get a good rate on my tires for my car at affordable prices! I really felt he was looking out for me!

I was passing thru the area when I thought my alternator went out. I had to an appointment later that day in Clearwater and it was a Friday afternoon and the beginning of Spring Break. I called several mobile mechanics who either didn’t answer or were 3 weeks out. I called two other shops before Jessica answered at Ben’s. I was quoted about $800 with tow to repair. It ended up being my 6 month old battery instead. So out the door about half that initial quote. They replaced my battery and sent me on my way, had a slight hiccup with the computer causing my dash lights to come on and had to return to the shop but I was able to make it my appointment on time. I appreciated the honesty and they didn’t try to gouge an old lady passing thru the area. Nice folks.

I took my 2003 Ford Ranger with electrical problems here. They got it sorted out quickly for a fair and reasonable price. Highly recommend the shop here. It’s hard to find honest, trustworthy shops in this area.

So I broke down not a mile from this place at 11am and called as I knew I would need a tow to a shop and goggled the closest one and first, he offered a very reasonable price to tow me over, but I did wait the 2hrs for a free one from my insurance but I already pay for that so I used it, anyway he told me he could look at it after it got there that day to tell me what was wrong and he did. He then called to tell me what happened, a spark plug blew out, and about half hour later called to update me on why it happened and diagnosed the actual problem being that the fuel sensor failed and was dumping fuel into the engine and that the price will be higher as he didn't know that prior, but he called as soon as he knew and priced it, and didn't just drop that on me the next day when I got there, which I appreciated as that has happened to me before from other shops, and although it was expensive, I understand labor costs, parts and overhead, etc. He said it would be done by noon the very next day and he called at 11:50am that next day to let me know it was done and at the price he quoted. So I am very greatful that he was there and willing and able to just fit me in without any appointment and just fix it within under 24hrs and when he said it would be done for the price he said. My mustang starts up like new and drives better now and will be definitely going back from now on, even though hes a lot farther than my other mechanic I used. I'll also be referring him! Thank you!

I think I reviewed this car repair and maintenance shop a couple of years ago. By then we had been customers for a number of years. Now we're STILL customers. That alone should say something. Ben and Jessica always serve their customers with the utmost honesty, respect and professionalism. You never feel like there's an up-sell. You get honest diagnostics and prices. We couldn't be more pleased to have them work on our cars. Many more years to come too.

Ben’s was recommended to us as we were having exhaust issues. When we got there he was busy and said he would look at it in a few minutes. It was only a few minutes when he looked at it and told us what he would try to do to fix it. He gave us an cost estimate and a time frame. We left to walk to Lowe’s to stall time. Ben called with an update on what he had to do along with another cost estimate before starting again. The bill was almost exactly what he quoted and the exhaust sounds great now. Jessica was very concerned that we not cross busy Route 19, and offered to drive us across the street if we wanted. Ben and Jessica are very nice people and we will go there in a second if we need any more auto repairs.

Great experience with them. I'm a former ASE master tech of 25 years. I'm new to the area and no longer in the auto industry, so I don't have access to a proper scan too and needed a shop to diagnose a check engine light on my daughters jeep wrangler (95, worst year to diagnose BTW). They had the problem pinpointed within the given estimate for diagnosis, called with a repair estimate, that was very reasonable, and had the repair done when they said they would. They even gave me a ride home 10 miles away. When I came back to pick it up, the price was exactly what they quoted. All of these things matter to a customer. I was an assistant service manager for a Mercedes dealership for 12 years, I know how hard it can be to hit all of these points on the head, especially with all the movi g parts of a repair shop. You have to rely on equipment to work, parts to be delivered (and good in the box). And everything has to go smoothly with the vehicle repair, which can be an issue on a nearly 30yr old computer controlled vehicle. Hats off to the team here, we will continue using your service! First time using this shop...I was expecting to replace brakes pads all around and possibly an alignment. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call after they inspected my brakes and alignment, telling me all was good and no repairs were needed. They easily could have charged me for the repairs but didn’t. I hard to find honest shops and this is definitely one of the rare ones. I ended up getting an oil change and ordered new tires. Great service, fair prices! Would highly recommend!

Take your vehicle here. If you want someone who will be honest, hard working, and reasonably priced then you need to go to Ben's. When the starter went out on my suv I had it towed to a local dealership where'd I'd previously had all warrantied work covered on past vehicles. After waiting 5 days to hear the diagnosis, I was quoted a price of $1100 and absolutely floored. I just flat out couldn't afford that, if that was my last resort then I'd be out of luck with no transportation. Thankfully Ben's saved the day (and week and month...) by quoting me $394! Warranties included. The cherry on top, the work was completed within 4 hours. I'll never take my car anywhere else again.

DON'T MISS THIS SPOT FOR ALL YOUR CAR CARE NEEDS! I just moved here from Texas and my car needed a little TLC. I had it at 3 different "steeler-ships" and they had all told me something different for diagnosis. I happened to see this shop on the backside of my neighborhood and thought I'd stop in to see if they could put the splash guard back on my car and they got me right in! Jess was at the desk and was knowledgeable and oh so kind, and Ben was up front and honest about my care care needs. They even fixed my A/C on the same day!!! THIS IS SUPERIOR SERVICE AND I RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE WHO WANTS FRIENDLY HONEST SERVICE!! THANKS SO MUCH BEN AND JESS👍🏾

I had to give this place their flowers. I took my 2011 GMC Terrain to Ben’s Accurate for coolant leak near my radiator plug. Prior to taking it to them I took it to FireStone. The guy at FireStone (Dale) told me that I needed a new radiator and would be $800. Oh and they would have to order the part. So he couldn’t give me an exact day they would be able to install it. Upon having the mechanic at Ben’s Accurate check the problem I only needed a replacement radiator plug ($7.99 from O’ Reilly’s the only place that had it in stock). So with the part new coolant and labor I only spent $97.99. Please before you spend any money anywhere else go to Ben’s Accurate where they are honest and don’t make a living beating people.

We are brand new to the area, so when an issue arose with our truck we got a little worried. A fair and qualified mechanic can sometimes be harder to find than Waldo 😜 We read the reviews and crossed 🤞🏻 our fingers. They got us in right away and within 15 minutes diagnosed our issue. They completed the truck in a couple of hours. They were so accommodating too!! They drove us home and picked us back up upon completion. I would say that's above and beyond great service!! I would recommend (and have already 😁) this garage to anyone in the area. We found "our" new mechanic!! 💯

Very pleasant and helpful staff, mechanic did awesome job. Will definitely recommend this shop and will definitely visit when I come back down. Folks don’t go anywhere else if you need help. This shop is top notch.

I want to give this shop 5 stars but any overcharge hits on my nerves. I went because after attempting to replace pads and rotor by myself at home I ended up having the back left break overheating. That happened because I activated the electronic break while the caliper is not in place then damaged it while trying to compress it back. Anyways he quoted me 560$ and said this includes rotor replacement pads and caliper. And said they want to check the other side because he thought the clip was put wrong. After done the car didn't need new rotor or pads and the other side was assembled correctly already. But still got charged 560 as 176 caliper price 202 caliper replacement labor and here is the problem 135 labor of pads and rotor replacement in the back which was not needed. I told them that the pads and rotors are new and the problem is most likely just caliper. Why would you charge me 135 labor for their replacement. I must have been charged only 377.2 for caliper replacement part and labor only + 15$ shop supplies and hazardous materials and would be ok if they added like 50 dollars on top of that for overall check. I will keep three stars rating because its seems that they did a good job and i think this shop overall deserves a good rating and because almost unfortunately everybody overcharges ( dentists, doctors, mechanics, plammers etc its a cult ).

First time customer, spoke with Ben about my jeep Cherokee. I thought it was something expensive that needed to be replaced. He looked at my vehicle and told me he believes its the battery and I didn't need to spend a crazy amount of money. I highly recommend this business and I will be a regular customer from now on. They are very honest people.
