Had an issue with the electrical on the vehicle. Made an appointment for 8:30 am and the vehicle didn’t get looked at till the next day. Stated they’d made some adjustments and thought I’d be all set. The problem was still there as I drove away but the dealer was already closed. Now I have to wait 4 days to get it back in.

In 2019 I purchased a 2019 Ford Ranger. Since then I have taking my truck to Flammer Ford dealership for oil change. IN MORE THAN ONE OCCASION, I have experienced negligence from the technician staff in regard their attention to details while performing their duties correctly. My advice to anyone if you take your vehicle for any kind of service/repair is to check what they did before leaving the establishment. Good luck!

I was unacknowledged when I dropped off my vehicle. It felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. Very cold and uncharacteristic of the staff. Thankfully, when I was able to get my truck back the service manager was on point as always. I'm undecided if I'll be bringing back my business, kind of disappointed.

The service staff are excellent. However, the process is not good. When I called for an appointment, I was told the next available was a week away. I scheduled that, but when I showed up (on time), I was told it would be at least another day before my car would even be looked at. Once someone finally looked at it, the repairs were quick and reasonably priced. However, when someone has an appointment, the vehicle should be looked shortly after it is brought in, not the next day. I understand they are very busy, but they need to add extra staff, a second shift or something. I won't be going back.

Beware of their service department. They wanted to charge me for a tow that’s actually paid for by the manufacturer as part of the Ford recall program. I had a recall on my vehicle because the driver side door wouldn’t latch shut, making it unsafe to drive. I called the serviced department to see what my options were. The service department told me they could come tow it to the dealership, but I would have to pay for the tow service. So I called Ford Customer Service. They informed me that I don’t actually have to pay for the tow service. In fact, the cost of the tow is covered by the manufacturer as part of the recall program. So this dealer’s service department wanted to charge me for a tow that Ford was going to cover. There’s only two explanations: total incompetence by the service department for not doing a simple lookup on the recall program or an attempt to get paid twice for their tow service. Either way, I strongly suggest you avoid this service department. Take it to the Brooksville dealership instead.
