This was my first time there and I was very specific about the cup holders but they didn't even touch most of them. Everything else seemed fine except they didn't vacuum in between chairs well

They did a good job on the outside, but destroyed the inside of my car. It didn’t look like they wiped down a lot of things and there’s spots all over the inside of my passenger door, which has stained my leather.

At $65 a month for unlimited car washes it’s a deal. I have some health issues and can’t take advantage of mutable days of washes but they do a great job. Inside and out detailed. Those youngsters are all over my truck and it looks awesome when I leave. A plus!

I was visiting a friend and she told me we were going to head over to the car wash, I was shocked when we pulled up. I have never seen a place you get out and they take your car through the process. I normally don't enjoy taking my car through the normal car wash because I am a little claustrophobic, so this was a new & positive experience. The employees had great customer service skills and explained the different packages they offer. When we went inside to wait, I was very impressed with how clean the waiting area was and appreciated the comfy chairs. I noticed a display area where people can add their cards, which I thought was a great idea to help promote other businesses'. I signed up for the package where they clean the inside, but had no idea they would do such a though job. When you watch them cleaning the cars you can see the teamwork skills and I respect that they accomplish the job very smoothly from start to finish. I didn't observe people yelling at each other or stepping on each others toes which with the line of cars I saw that day I can only imagine how many cars they service in a day. Well done to the whole staff and I am glad I got to spoil my car with such treatment!

First time I’ve seen a car wash actually clean the upper windows inside the window deflectors. Wiped the exterior of the car down at least twice. Windows, windshield, wheels all wiped down in/out and cleaned after the main wash. Pretty good job, plenty of eager staff, basic in/out service is definitely worth it. This isn’t a professional detail so you can’t expect perfection - but for a little over $20 for a basic wash, would highly recommend.

For 33$ + $10 tip. . Had to show the on Spot the interior. tires weren't done.multiple things they took the car back and there was still bird crap on my car – was still dirty the doors felt greasy side view mirrors are still spotty definitely not worth it will never go again. I was hoping it would be good cuz they do the inside and the out but it definitely was not worth $43.. And we drove from Homosassa springs not worth the trip

Paid for the “Family Special” which is supposed to be their best wash. They didn’t even wipe my rearview mirror, dashboard or screen, door handles have wet hand marks and my whole under trim by the doors on both sides were dirty, and when I brought it up to the worker/manager he just did a quick wipe and said it “should’ve” came off when the car went through the wash. On top of that my floor mats which are weather mats are still dirty and the back was half ass vacuumed also. My first and last time going

Take a smoker's car that I just bought for a INTERIOR DETAIL, cost me $200 and have to get home to do it my self because they didn't clean anything. This pictures are AFTER I pickup the car from the Family Car Wash. They have my car for 4 hours and they did nothing. Seats are not even wet from the shampoo I asked them to do. They guy came to show me the results of his work and after I said, it looks the same as before he ask me "how can you said that!?" removing with a wet cloth two of the many dirty spots that they left in my car. I'm so upset and disappointed. First and last time going there.

Don’t know what’s going on with this place they used to be awesome for the money but last few times they leaving streaks all over the car interior barely half way done rims never even really cleaned I live this place but they he workers are going down hill and I always pay for the best wash please do something about this

Didn’t do a very good job. And word of warning: if you have any change in a cup holder(lots) you won’t have it after they service your car. My husband had over $3.00.. and after servicing, it “ magically “ disappeared. Buyer Beware‼️‼️ it’s not about the amount of money. It’s just the principle . No integrity

First class group of guys (and gals) working here. I bring my truck every week and they always take good care of me. I recently had them clay bar my truck and they did a fantastic job with removing the over sprayed paint some yahoo got all over my truck. Thank you Chris for your hard work and job well done.

I just have my car clean , and because they are in such of hurry they don't pay attention to details and we are talking about $53.00 car wash plus tip cup holder dirty, I ask the guy and he didn't clean it , inside door dirty, I pay $5.00 extra because has bugs on the front well after the service is done bugs still there.

I went to this car wash with high expectations and was very left disappointed. I paid for the detailing service, both inside and outside. I left my car with them for over 4 hours. It was around 5pm when I got my car back and did a brief overview. I noticed they didn’t wash my seatbelts, I asked why and they said they don’t usually do unless specifically asked and wanted me to bring it back the next day. Which is ridiculous because I paid for a total detailing of my car, I already wasted 4 hours and paid for transportation back and forth to the car wash. The next day, I checked my car more closely and noticed they didn’t clean my trunk properly, the driver’s seat wasn’t cleaned well and the carpets were not power washed. It’s truly a shame and very disappointing!

So I drove from new port Richey cause this is one of the few car washes I know of that still cleans the whole car while you wait. So for basically $40 for the top wash and tip for the guys I figured my car would be spotless and beautiful. That’s not the case. I had to show the guys a missed spot he “got it” but not well. Over spray from the stuff they use on the paint and black parts of the car, windows streaked and spots missed, the dirt still on the car and water/soap spots still all over. I have rain guards and didn’t even roll the windows down to get the top of the windows, and the oil from the guys hands all on spots where they rested their hands while cleaning. I would love to wash it my self so it done right but with back issues and hip issues that’s harder to do now days. And was hoping for the top wash and $40 it would have been a lot better. I don’t recommend. I wish the few washes like this that offered this service would make sure it’s perfect since that’s the service.

I went today for the first time. Someone told me about it and I was not disappointed. WOW! I got their $55 Deluxe option (they offer many price points and options) and my car was just as clean as when I've had a mobile detailer come to my home for $170 (which is what I had been doing). I was in/out in under an hour. Their waiting area is spacious and comfortable and their staff is so friendly too. From now on, I'm switching from the mobile detailer and only using Family Car Wash.
