I wanna say thank you to a very professional mobile service tech Chris I had to call him out for an awning that supposedly was fixed by another mobile tech and it still didn’t work and Highly recommended I had Chris come out and give me some suggestions this guy is top notch he answered my questions professionally he spoke to me professionally and better he’s going to fix my awning so it works. I cannot wait to work with him again today was his birthday and he even come out fit me in thank you again Chris and happy birthday His service fees were fair his travel fees were fair I’m very happy I called him. I had an Hydraulic problem that Camping World worked on multiple times over two years and walked away with no resolve. I contacted Forest River and they covered the problem under warranty and recommended RV Rescue Brooksville Florida. It is rare in todays culture to find work people that are competent, personable, and actually care about what they’re doing.RV Rescue is one of these rare companies. In my corporate life I’ve worked with many trades people. These guys were wonderful! I was visiting family in my RV when the A/C started acting up. I called them and told them what was happening and they immediately knew what was wrong! We had a furnace that wasn't working properly. We called RV Rescue and Chris showed up promptly as scheduled. Diagnosed the problem and had to remove the unit from a tough location to remove the two squatting frogs in the unit, clean, service, and replace the unit. Gave suggestions to prevent future squatters. We have additional work to be done and gave the go ahead to order the necessary parts to return and perform the work. We 100% recommend RV Rescue and of course will use Chris for all future repairs. Thank you Chris for your knowledge and professionalism. Also, very fair prices!
