★☆☆☆☆ Lazy & Poor Communication! I called ahead to see if they could do a tire patch and they said Yes. I specifically wanted a PATCH and not a plug because it’s a $407 tire, the nail was towards the middle of the tire, and I wanted to do everything I could to extend the life of the tire. I got to the service center to find five guys just hanging out and not one of them would give me the time of day until I finally just walked in and asked “Do you have an office or do I just talk to you here?”. A gentleman bristled and asked what I needed. I reiterated “I want to see if my tire would be a good candidate for a Patch”. He has me pull over to the service bay to look at it. I again ask, “How much do you normally charge for a Patch?”. He said it depends where it’s at. He looks at the tire, disappears into the service bay, and I see him pull out a tire patch. I’m thinking Great, at least we’re on the same page. He returns to the tire to immediately extract the nail and then instead jabs the tire PLUG tool into my tire. I asked why he decided to plug it instead of patch it and he just mumbled that it wasn’t in the right place. I’m not a tire expert so I can’t say for sure if it was or wasn’t able to be patched instead of plugged, but I was very clear in what I asked for so it was very disappointing to be ignored so he could just get my money and get me on my way. He barely reinflated my tire to be drivable. Will not be returning.
