I had my windows tinted and bought a Leer topper here and they was very rude and there was bubbles under the window tint and they said that it needed to be replaced but they couldn’t do it that day when I was there and to come back. I went back and they said that they couldn’t do it that day either. So I called another day and they said that they can’t do it that day either. By now I was fed up dealing with them. If this is how they treat customers after a month that the tint was installed. Why would I want a lifetime warranty from them. They wouldn’t even schedule a day for me to come back, but when I originally went in to spend over $1600 they had no problem getting me in.

This business is a mom and pop self run business. The owners are a great couple with great values and they make you feel like more than just a bill, but a customer and community member. They have over 20 years of experience and make sure you know how to maintain and care for the tint. I was using windex and never realized that was why my previous tint was peeling. I will be going back to do the UV film on the winshield as the ceramic tint all around really helped cut down on A/C usage, once the truck cab cooled I was running the a/c at lowest and even turining it off instead of max a/c full blast and constant. I had a great experience getting my front windows tinted until there was a chip on the drivers side and they tried to tell me I must’ve hit it with my seat belt or ring-and it would not be covered under warranty. This is after only having the tint for two weeks and I know for sure I did not hit my window. I was very very careful since it’s been done

Got my brand new tuscon tinted here, very friendly when you come in. Enjoyed chatting with one of the owners about fishing while I waited.👍 They took my car in right away and i only waited about 25 minutes for the windows to be finished(2 front only) and it was done. Great service! The tint looks fantastic and the customer service was superb. I highly recommend Sunkool and I will be back.

Total jerks. Had bubbles in window tint and said that it needed to be replaced but not today and to keep calling back. I repeatedly called back and every time they said we are slammed you’ll have to call back and refused to give me an appointment. This was only 3 weeks after installation. If this is how their warranty works only after 3 weeks who in their right mind would trust the lifetime warranty? Now you choose to defend your inappropriate actions by calling my review BS when it’s 100% fact and then lie about me not calling to get my window tint replaced because you said it was the felt and and had to be replaced and then say that I am the same customer that left a review that had a problem with you standing behind your work. If you would stand behind your work you wouldn’t have to defend the truth of a customer and you know for a fact that I didn’t and your fact is a total lie. Buyer Beware.
