I had a really good experience at Mavis Tires, Brakes & Discount Store. I came in with a flat tire that was hissing and was worried it was going to be a long, stressful process, but the staff took care of me quickly and professionally. They were friendly, explained what was going on with my tire, and made sure everything was safe before I left. It was a fluke that my BMW battery finally died across the street. A helpful man at the gas station recommend Mavis across Mariner in Spring hill fla. Dylan and Dave were super helpful and knowledgeable. The mechanic ( don't know his name) was awesome. I will say that my unexpected trip to this locale was met with urgency and fantastic customer service. They had the battery i needed. Installed it a fairly short time. I was very pleased with my experience and would highly recommend this location. Thank you all for caring and helping one in need. I'll will definitely use this location for any of my precious 2011 m5 needs. Thanks guys!!!!

I was towed in a few weeks ago for some flat tires. The customer service is phenomenal here. The tires were great. They noticed my windshield wipers were bad and installed some new ones for me. When I went on a trip this past weekend, the driver's wiper flew off and hit the car behind me. No one was hurt. Mistakes happen. I had it replaced for free in another Mavis Tire within 30 minutes of my location, which is awesome. I came back to the shop here and they gave me a free oil change for my troubles. I love these guys.

I walked into mavis and asked them how much they would charge me to do an oil change and they man at the front counter gave me a price and I was only here for 10 minutes before he got the vehicle pulled in the back for the oil change and even worked out a decent price for me. Thank you so much. I really appreciate it. The staff is very courteous and nice. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs services done to their vehicles.
