Anthony was fantastic from start to finish. He went through the headache of working with my warranty company. Our washer motor bit the dust and he helped me with the options. We ended up getting a combo unit because our washer hadn't been made in years. He convinced the warranty company that they needed to give me replacement cost and helped with that paperwork until it was finished over a month later of item being shipped, installed, and then working with warranty company to make sure we got our check. I would HIGHLY recommend Anthony for any trouble you have.

Anthony was very accommodating to our schedule, came to our RV resort site and called to say he was on his way for our appointment. He thoroughly evaluated all the possible problems with our air conditioning system, found that a faulty plug was the problem and fixed it on the spot. I contacted Anthony's Rv repair late Thursday afternoon, my rooftop A/C was blowing warm air. Anthony had me do some tests on my 11 year old A/C unit over the phone. He figured out the problem and showed up with his crew the next day, that being Good Friday. They replaced the old A/C and put an brand new one in. I'm very happy with the work, good communication, and the price of the job. Thanks Anthony.

We had a great experience with Anthony and his team! They assisted us with an emergency repair to get our slideout in on a weekend afternoon when packing up from our camping trip. They then replaced our slideout motor and fixed our refrigerator to be able to work on propane again. Pricing seemed fair and the repairs were timely. We will certainly use them again if needed in the future.

I needed a repair on my RV generator when passing through town and I called Anthony's and a few others. Anthony's schedule was full, but he offered to come by in a few days if I could be flexible. Unfortunately the weather was cold (33 degrees) and I needed the generator to keep warm. I was able to get it fixed before Anthony called to say he could come by, but he did call and he followed up to make sure we were taken care of. I wasn't able to work with him, but his follow through and his customer service (even for a non customer) were excellent. I'd recommend him to anyone needing mobile RV service and when I'm in town again, if I need any service, I would call only him.

Anthony pulled open my black tank lever & checked the voltage on my converter. He recommended a very expensive converter & I followed his advice. It was completely wrong & had to be returned at a cost of $66. I found an appropriate converter on Amazon for $116. Overall his visit cost me close to $300. He now won’t return a call or text. To take money (& offer nothing useful) from an elderly lady is deplorable!

If you need a repair on your RV call Anthony first! Don't wait for other companies to call you back 3-4 days later. Affordable, trustworthy, and straight forward. As well prompt and on time. I have used Affordable twice to do what would be considered significant repairs. Once on my generator and then an AC replacement. The reason I say don't waste your time with others in this area is they did not respond. These guys came out two days after Irma hit when barely anyone had power and went beyond repairing my RV. They went above and beyond and even tried to help get my generator hooked to my house going when that stopped while they were repairing the RV. EXCELLENT SERVICE and PRICES. They know there stuff. They even explained how to troubleshoot my issue before coming out. Anthony "If you can resolve the issue there is no need for me to charge you." When was the last time a service company did that for you?

Anthony is a one man shop, BUT he always answers his phone. He was the third mobile RV repair shop I’ve contacted. The first one cost us more than $3,000 in parts and labor and still couldn’t fix the LCI leveling jacks. The next one went to voicemail and I never did speak to someone with a pulse. I called Anthony on a Friday and he was here on Monday. After an hour and a half on the phone with LCI tech support, it was working perfectly. He’s a fine young man with great people skills. I called to set an appointment spoke with his wife. It took about a week and a half to get an appointment. I called the day of the appointment no idea what time he would be there. I was in understanding to that when he showed about 6 o’clock could not figure out where the motors were from my slide out Said he would get information and call me. He never called me back. I called left a message. They never called me back. Not a very good way to show customer service and I would never recommend this company to anybody.

He was very helpful, fixed our furnace, provided me some advice, and offered to help if I ever need anything again while on our travels. I am having a horrible experience with Anthony's Mobile R.V. service. I schedule an appointment for him to do an estimate on my mother's fifth wheel. He was supposed to be at my home at 2pm Nov 7, I waited and waited wasted my day. Decided I was going to run my errands and called him to see when he would be arriving. I spoke with Ashlyn possibly his wife, she tells me Anthony was just heading my way and that he would be there in a few minutes. We discussed all the issues with the RV and I advised I just needed and estimate on the repairs as I have an attorney working with this issue. He advised that he would have the estimate completed by that weekend. Here we are almost two weeks later and no estimate. I don't recommend Anthony Mobile R.V. service to anyone they are unreliable and unorganized.
