I decided to pick Joe Hudson's collision repair because they had high reviews on Google etc. Jeanne in their office is great! She was very helpful and nice to deal with. Rich the Mgr went through all my options. He handled all of the work involved with my insurance company. He was professional and did a great job on my car.

When it came time to leave the car for repairs, and the insurance company had not reserved a rental as promised, they went to bat for me and was successful in finally getting in touch with the adjuster--which took "multiple" attempts.

This review is being written on time efficiency and customer service only because as of 11-28-2023 I still do NOT have my vehicle! On October 5th I was an accident causing frontal damage, on roughly October 10th. I got in contact with Joe Hudson's to see if they could fix my vehicle. 3 days later my car was in their shop. I knew it wasn't going to be a very quick fix. I had roughly 5,000 in damage and needed a new hood, front bumper, front grill and possibly a new radiator (which ended up being true). So with this amount of damage I figured 3 to 5 weeks max... As of today we are going on a little over 6 weeks!... The last conversation I had with Miss Jeannie, (the very kind woman at the front desk and the only reason why I'm not giving this review a one star) she told me that my vehicle was finally done in paint and would be going into assembly Monday and would be completed and ready Tuesday. So far along this journey with Joe's, I have been given incorrect completion time texts, along with incorrect updates and completion dates from workers! I have expressed to Joe's that I am a single mother of a 3-year-old who works a full-time job and has only one vehicle. FIVE STAR UPDATE: Since the above rating my whole outlook and experience has changed drastically in regards to Joe Hudson's! After posting my initial review I was immediately reached out to by a gentlemen in management, Justin went above and beyond my expectations to make my whole experience wonderful and correct! Justin was able to put me into a rental until my car was completed and once completed, I unfortunately had an unforseen family emergency take place and Justin without hesitation or issue, let me keep the rental until I could make it back home. I am forever thankful for the way I was taken care of by the whole team at Joe Hudson's Collision Center in Spring Hill 💛 Also my car looks gorgeously PERFECT!! Phenomenal work they have done !!

Installed wrong color mirror and told me that Chevy does not make the color mirror that was on the car (oem color). Today i removed the mirror they put on to find the manufacturer stickers painted over. 100% resprayed mirror. I was then told i have to pay to match the paint on my other mirror because the oem is matte and i was given a gloss mirror for the repair. My window tint was also damaged and replaced with the wrong color so now i have different color windows. Completely unacceptable to have a costumer/insurance pay for a incomplete job. I now have to do the repairs on my own so i waste $1000 for my deductible as well as making my insurance go up. Thanks

They did good on the outside but my car was still considered totaled. The service was horrible they stalled everything out and kept lying to me and my mother. They wouldn’t do anything unless we confronted them, they had my car for almost 2 months before we got told by insurance it was totaled. They were inconsiderate, time wasters and are complete liars. Do not trust them.

I'm happy with the work that was done. However they made a hole and two other spots that damaged my driver's side door. When I spoke to the manager he said that he didn't know if I was telling the truth because people lie about things all the time. I feel this comment was very insulting and unprofessional.

The staff is friendly and competent. When I went in for an estimate, the technician patiently explained exactly what needed to be done, a best estimate of how much it answering all of my questions. He told me approximately how much it would cost and how long it would take. All of his estimates were very close to the final cost and time. The finished product was like new. Paint was matched perfectly and they even washed the entire car, including sparkling windows, and gave the interior a thorough cleaning. I strongly recommend this team and would come back again should the need arise.

Took my vehicle to the Spring Hill location to have some paint work done, the day I was supposed to drop it off they said they didn't have the capacity to do the work and wanted to tow my vehicle to their New Port Richey location. Instead of having my vehicle towed I told them that I would drive it to the Homosassa location instead. I was told it would take 3-5 days and it ended up taking 11, when we went to pick it up there was a 8 inch run in the paint so they had to keep it to fix their mistake. Before I got home they had submitted a $1000 change order to the insurance company to cover the rework that they said was for "scans". Interesting seeing that if I had picked it up that charge wouldn't have been put through. When I went back for the second time to pick it up, another 7 days later, yet again there's another 6 inch run in the paint. Called the SH location to complain, was told that a manager would call me back to discuss, that was 10 days ago. I would not recommend this body shop to anyone.

When I first called them and told them that I needed a repair on my truck they gave me an appointment to drop off the truck. They took all the info about my truck and marked all the little pits and dings on my truck. Then I asked to see some cars that came in to be fixed before and after pictures and check out some cars that were waiting to be picked up. I walked around the yard and looked into the shop where they make the repairs and everything was clean and all new equipment being used to do the work. They told me it would take about 7 to 10 days and set up for me to have a one year old truck to use until my truck was done. The truck they gave me was very nice and I could not have been happier ☺️. They told me that every Tuesday and Thursday I would get a text from them to tell me how they were coming along with the repair. A week after I dropped off the truck they called me and said the truck was ready and I could pick it up anytime before 5pm that day. IWent down around 1pm and could not have been any happier than I was. They had even washed and waxed the out side of the whole truck and cleaned the inside. Windows, vacuum, the whole inside. It just did not even look like my truck. I could not be any happier with all the work they had done. If I ever need a shop again that will be my first stop. We picked up the truck on Tuesday and called them at 4:45pm on Friday to tell them just how happy we both were. Thank you again to Joe Hudson and workers you all out did yourself.
