Mike's West Coast was AWESOME! We worked with Rene to get a diagnostic on my Jeep Compass 2011 and after it was done- the truth came out! We appreciate the fact that Renee was sincere and laid it out completely before charging a bunch of money to then realize it wasn't worth fixing it. I went there because I had a problem with the window. They told me that they couldn’t fix it and referred me to a window glass company. I contacted the company and they repositioned the glass and told me that the regulator needed to be replaced. I went back to Mike’s and asked that my regulator be replaced. When I went to pay my bill they had charged me an extra $100 for diagnostics. I was shocked and asked why and was told that they always did that. I said I told them what I needed done when I brought the car in. I didn’t want to pay it, but was told that there was no way around it. I paid. This has bothered me ever since.

I had my 2015 Toyota Tundra A/C diagnosed and repaired by Mikes West Coast Auto. After a leak dye test was performed, it was determined that I had a leak on one of my lines and my compressor had failed. The team over at Mikes took great care of me by getting my A/C system back up and running in a timely manner. I appreciate Chris and the rest of the team for the exceptional service during my time there. I have already scheduled my partners vehicle for service and will be back in the future for any needed repairs. 5/5 stars!

I brought my highlander in for some routine maintenance and to check my a/c, the very nice young lady at the front desk, Madelyn I think, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the repairs to my highlander. I appreciate the time that was taken to explain the service and repairs even for something simpler. It’s hard nowadays to find a repair shop that you can trust and that will take the time to explain repairs before pushing you out of the door.

After going here for 2 years now faithfully for my oil changes I got a crack in my oil pan where they tightened it too much. They didn't want to fix their mistake just argue about it when they are the only ones to touch my 2020 vehicle. Make sure your not leaking oil after your oil changes.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Chris is amazing and I will never bring my vehicle anywhere else. Hands down the best service I’ve ever experienced and no one better to deliver great customer service than him! He’s worked with me on both of my vehicles and went above and beyond just to find out the issue when we couldn’t. I first used Mike's Auto Body on County Line. They were phenomenal. I left a good review. Now my daughter's car needs some repair and I decided to bring it to Mike's West Coast Auto Repair. When I first spoke to Chris, he was awesome then we met up with my daughter's car and he put the scanner on it code reader, things on the code reader came up but not what another place was telling my daughter. He went through everything in detail, and it's way way less than what it was supposed to be, if we went with different codes. She is dropping the car off Tuesday they'll fix it Wednesday and she'll be able to pick it up. I just cannot believe this whole business whether it's body shop or repair, they are awesome if you need work just take your cars there. It is worth it. Well it's been about 2 weeks just about. Google will not let me leave another review so I'm adding to this one. My daughter has got her car fixed, and they did a phenomenal job like I said when it was first diagnosed Chris said it was nothing that the other place was saying the codes were. What was fixed did not cost nearly did not at all cost what the other company said what was wrong with her car. It doesn't matter what the problem of the car is, Chris knows everything and how to make everything work. He is such a professional. The mechanics know what they're doing the women in the office know what they're doing. Everybody has been very courteous and helpful. Probably why they've been in business for so long. They are awesome. Thanks guys, I'm telling more and more people about you guys.

I brought my car to Mikes after an accident for body work and while I had my car there I got the oil changed and the tires rotated. Mikes did an excellent job repairing and painting the damage to my car. They worked with the other insurance company to make sure my car was repaired correctly. The oil change and tire rotation was done as well.

There was oil all over my engine. I was referred to Mike's West Coast Auto repair. I was sure the diagnosis and costs would be the worst of the worst! Come to find out my oil cap was broke which caused the oil to spew all over my engine. Mike's replaced the oil cap and even cleaned my engine! They also discovered that the last mechanic put in a battery that was too small and not powerful enough for my car. I received excellent service calls in regards to my car. They did not leave me hanging. Very professional. I won't go anywhere else! They have me for life! Thank you Mike's West Coast Auto Repair and your mechanics!

I went to Mike's to have my 2024 Dodge Durango Hellcat looked at. When I went in I was impressed by the building and the professionalism of the staff, I knew I was in the right place. The manager immediately welcomed me in as I registered with the front desk. They took my truck back to be looked at in about 5 minutes, super fast. Upon inspection they had noticed a few things that I may need to look at but they also stated due to the truck being so new and that is has been modded, they felt that a speedshop may want to take a look at it. I want to thank the staff, from the front desk to the mechanics and management for the honesty and integrity they showed during my appointment. following that discussion I asked the manager what I owed them for a diagnostic fee he stated that I didn't need to pay a thing, $0.00. I told him that i had to pay something, noting is free and I did take up the mechanics time that he could have been making money, again he said no money due. Thank you again everyone for a great service experience. I will be back with my other cars.
