Family owned and operated! Nobody knows more about batteries then these guys. If they don't have that crazy one off battery they can get it and in most cases will install it. Great value and customer service. Highly recommend them for ALL your battery needs!

I love this place! They carry a wide variety of batteries in odd sizes and they re-manufacture power tool batteries. They recycle all batteries (including AA, AAA, 9 volt, etc) free of charge. I haven't found anyone else in town who does. That's how I found them and I've been recycling there for years. Two days ago, right before a cold snap, they checked my truck battery (also free). I hadn't had problems with it but it's nearly 6 years old. They could have lied and said it needed to be replaced just based on age. Instead, a tech took a reading and said it was still reading "healthy." I don't really understand all that techie stuff but I do understand honesty. And I appreciate it! I will be returning to them when I do finally replace my truck battery. Hopefully my next one lasts as long as this one has!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Action Battery was for me. My car had been dead in my driveway for weeks and they guys at action battery took care of me without a hitch. They are top notch and honest people. They won't try to sell you things you don't need. They have a mobile service, which is awesome if you aren't able to drive to their shop. The mobile service cost is entirely reasonable, and they will promptly arrive to help. 10/10 all around!

4 Stars upon initial review. I literally walked in and less than 15 minutes later I had a new battery installed and was on my way back to work! Thank you to the crew at Action Battery- Wichita Falls, for getting me in and out quick and for an excellent price. So let me begin with this Statement —- I 100% Trust Action battery in Wichita Falls!! I’m sure you’re wondering why - and that’s fair. So here’s the proof in the pudding. 🔋I trust their work - my daughter uses 12 volt 18amp batteries for her scooter. Each time I’ve dropped the scooter off - the new batteries are strong and provide excellent performance. 🔋I trust that they will have these batteries in stock. I’ve purchased batteries from Action Battery several times over the last 5 years. Never have I been told sorry - we are out of stock. 🔋I trust when they say they’ll take care of me I believe them. I drive in from Abilene to help my daughter. Today Riley made me feel like a Top priority by getting these batteries replaced. I dropped it off at 8 am and received a call at 10:05 am. I picked up the scooter and very soon was on my way back to Abilene. 🔋I trust that I’ll receive excellent customer service. In fact it’s really close to world class service. Respectful. Polite. Courteous. Conscious of not wasting my time. And quick. Today Riley assisted me.
