I can't say enough great things about Billy's! My Lexus was overheating and a certain Toyota dealer was of absolutely no use and charged me to fix an issue that wasn't broken. Billy's got me running right in a day or so at a fantastic price. Haley has superior customer service skills, she explained the process and has been very helpful. Working with my extended warranty was a breeze thanks to her! My car will go to Billy's from now on! Thanks again!

The wonderful people at Billy's Auto Repair helped me above and beyond! I was driving my truck down Old Jacksboro highway when it suddenly started making bad noises and was barely moving down the road. I was directed to Billy's Auto Repair and it died just as I was pulling it into their parking lot. They immediately stepped out and evaluated my truck. I had no one to come get me or anything and they usually don't work on diesels, but they jumped on it and fixed my truck so I could make it home! It surprised me that they helped me right then and how good they are! Not many businesses would have done that. I am so grateful for these amazing people! I will definitely be bringing all my business to them! Thank you!!!!

We've unfortunately had to use Billy's more than we'd like recently, but from our first interaction with them, they have earned customers for life. They are very fair, honest, attentive to the needs of the customer and, equally as important as all that, they are great mechanics and stand behind their work. I cannot recommend this auto repair shop enough.

I just want to say thank you to everyone at Billy's Auto Repair for being very professional, friendly, and helpful during a transmission problem I encountered on my Ford Explorer on a vacation trip from Houston, TX to Colorado. I was towing my Ford Explorer with my RV, when I noticed fluid leaking from my Ford Explorer. I was in Wichita Falls, TX and did not know where to turn for help. I managed to find someone in Wichita Falls that recommend their shop. I called them and, although it was almost closing time for them, they told me to bring over the vehicle to look at it. After they looked at the vehicle, they confirmed my worst fears...I had burned my transmission. They gave me options on what to do. They even offered to keep my Explorer at their shop, and they would take care of it until my wife & I returned back from Colorado. My wife and I decided to just return back to Houston and skip our Colorado trip, but we were very thankful for the kindness and help Billy's Auto Repair had offered us. If you have automobile problems, I highly recommend going to Billy's Auto Repair...we will be forever thankful for their help....Homer M.

Great service and price. Gets you in and out quickly. My AC went out over a very hot weekend. Called on Monday, they got to me in first thing the next morning. By noon they called with a diagnosis and a very reasonably price. They had the part in stock and my car was ready by the end of that day.

Was always curious about Billys, had a transmission line leak so took it there. They called in a coupla hours and had re-routed the lines, beautiful job on the cheap! Next trip was an a/c condenser coil replacement done quick and professionally, not so cheap this time (Chevrolet is proud of their parts). Calling them today for some brake work. Extremely happy with Billys and crew!

I went in to pick up my car only to listen to two empoyees talk about how a customers car was basically dead now because of some aftermarket thermostats and how the mechanic should have just told her he ruined her car. They were talking about how hot the car got and that it melted the radiator cap so that it wouldnt even fit back on. Not very professional and frankly very disturbing. Not to mention, the mechanic never thought to put an odb2 reader to check the code as to why the check engine was on. Yes, I went and had the oil changed as they told me to do, however the chk engine light came right back on while I was leaving their shop. I was charged about 76.00 for maybe a quart of oil and for them to tell me to go get an oil change. Did they not even think to run diagnostic on the car? No, I guess they did not. I went to o'reillys and had them do it for free. I just spent $1100 getting my fuel pumps replaced in November by them. They will not be seeing me spend another dime there after listening to those two employees talk about a customers car who got destroyed by one of their mechanics and that the mechanic should have just told the customer that. Not only that, they didnt bother testing the check engine light codes. Extremely unprofessional. If you ask me, they need to refund the customers money for the car they ruined.

I highly recommend Billy's Auto Repair. They are a business built on integrity and in my opinion they are the best out there! They are honest, reliable, dependable, efficient and trustworthy! Over the years, we have taken our vehicles to them needing repair and they have never steered us in the wrong direction. Haleigh and Ashley that work at the front desk are very professional, friendly and knowledgeable in their field. They are great at communicating to the mechanics and are amazing to work with! Thank you, Hayleigh, Ashley and every mechanic who works there for taking such good care of my family and our vehicles!

They fixed my old beat up truck, but snapped the lower dash panel in half and tried to say I dropped it off that way. Yes, the lower dash panel was marginally in place, but it stayed in place. When I started my car to drive away, the entire lower dash fell in my lap. I dropped the truck off the night before, and the sign said, "not responsible for damages or theft if left overnight, " but who breaks into an old beat up truck, steals nothing, and breaks the dash panel? They broke it, they refuse to accept responsibility for it, and there's no real way for me to get them to fix what they broke. At least the truck works, but be warned, if you bring them a banger, they will finish breaking things for you and blame you.

Billy's is the place to go if you want your car fixed right. They're honest and professional. What more can you ask for. They came highly recommended by Weaver's Oil Change on Fairway about three years ago and I keep coming back. They've repaired my Honda Odyssey and my Lexus GS 350. Took my car there not even a full month ago and not only did I schedule a time to bring it in but I brought it in a few minutes early and was told it would be 4 hours to fix, well a day and a half later it was finally done and they up charged me by a lot more than they quoted and now the check engine light is back on for the same problem I just had them fix. I feel like I just wasted so much money just to have to turn around and get it fixed again.

My daughter has been restoring her 87 RV for over a year… This week road trip indicated no AC or Cool Air… Her neighbor said there’s only one place you can totally trust the Owner - He’s very honest as well Professional “Billy’s Auto Repair” Wichiti Falls… Today she dropped RV off and by end the day RV was blowing Cold Air… Repair cost was below budget… This whole experience was an answer prayer, Thank God for neighbor that pointed us to Billy’s Auto Repair, God Blessings to Owner Billy, his mechanics and those sweet Sisters in Front Office ✝️ Highly recommended - Very Honest and Neighborly

Used to tell everyone take your car to billy's...Took my mom's car in and had an appointment for 8 am on Friday. They didn't get to it till late Monday. Decided to pick it up, I couldnt wait for the estimate. Now I'm trying to find someone as reliable as they used to be.

They only want easy "gravy" jobs and turn down jobs that present a challenge. That means paying a second tow bill to a more dedicated place. I collect Nissans and have multiple cars to drive. I make it a point to give them all the time they need. Such patience will result in being told they're tired of your car being on their lot. I guess they didn't need a $7K job, namely a timing compartment restoration, clutch job, etc. They didn't bother doing a compression test nor combustion chamber video inspection before telling me my carbon clean engine should be used as a parts donor.

Had a check engine light on, everyone raved about Billy’s Auto. They got me in within 2 days. Dropped off the vehicle and heard back that day with an estimate. Work completed for pick the following morning. Staff was quick, easy process, professional, and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised. I would tecommend.
