Avoid this dealership at all costs. They lied to me and said they had a part for a recall then made me wait a whole extra day after making me sit around for almost 2 hours. When I got my car back they had backed it into a bush, cracked my windshield, sliced through my glovebox, several new lights came on my dash, traction control broken and cruise control broken. They thought offering me free windshield wipers would distract me from these things. I immediately tried contacting them for them to make it right and in return I was hung up on and yelled at over the phone countless times. Lol. You cant rely on corporate either because it is privately owned; I tried getting them to do something as well. to no avail. After 2 months the owner or gm(i forget its been a few months) sent me a text offering to meet in person yet still I tried countless times to arrange this and got no answer(although I will admit he seems like a nice guy). I never leave reviews but if I can save at least one other person from this disaster, Ive done my due service. There were some employees who were extremely nice and helpful but sadly the bad ones ruined the chance of ever getting my business. The guy in charge of mechanical services could not have been nicer and also the lady who did the paperwork and scheduling also could not have been nicer, I wish I knew their names still. Sadly someone in the service department had to tamper with my Acura. Avoid Acura Stamford as well as Acura Milford at all costs. They do not care about the well being of you vehicle.

Had a transmission service on my 22 MDX. A few days later, my transmission SLIPS! I think it’s a fluke….happens again. I take it back. I asked what the issue was. Very nonchalantly, we didn’t put enough fluid in there. Here’s your keys. No apology, no offer of good faith. So you email the GM. Who ignores your email….

I am only posting regarding their pre owned sales department. Same old bait and switch , dishonest behavior you c in most of used car sales. They apologize though thinking they are nice and pushing their neighborhood vibe but their results are same old . Just beware when you deal with them , I wouldn’t.

Request was made during closing hours around 9 PM regarding a Silverado for sale lot number 7400 on 12/26/2024.
An automated message notified me that you are closed and someone will contact me in the morning, so far so good .
Donna called in the morning and we scheduled a test drive in 20 hours , next day at 9:30 sat , 12/28/2024 .
I moved things around to meet her in the morning when I received a confirmation whether I can still make it at 8:30 , one hour before.
I said I will be there to which she replied, “ I will let you know if it’s available “ , and guess what , it wasn’t.
That’s bait and switch , classic bull crap you guys always use .
And the threat about taking this down it’s welcomed. Ask Dona about my number, check the text thread and if you want to take it further, I am game . You don’t scare me one bit , I am a real person and that thing about honesty, you are flattering yourself.

Tried buying a car, deal was done i think sent the wire transfer I sent him copy of transfer and TY general manager did not hold the car and another salesman sold the car. That’s why he didn’t answer my emails for 3 hours, I say poor customer service especially from the general manager. The Transfer was scheduled for the next day. Luckily I cancelled it on time. They couldn’t wait till the next day. Liar I was taking care of the transport. TY the general manager !!

I came from Long Island to purchase a preowned 2020 MDX. I was greeted with friendly service by a really nice sales rep. We came to an agreed-upon price for the car, but a couple of days later I found out that she was no longer with the dealership. The general manager handled my sale himself. Part of the sale included all weather mats. I was told that they’d be mailed to my house, but had not received them. The general manager upon finding out about this immediately had mats sent to me. Thanks so much Sal for listening and fixing the oversight. Overall a great experience and would recommend these guys for all your car sales needs. I’d come back from Long Island to work with them again.
