I have been going to Acute Auto Care for around 15 years and know that any problem will be addressed, fixed and at a fair price without any question! Well I now have a newer car and do not have any major issues, Acute will keep your car running as it should without the dealer trying to sell you services you do not need! Go for it!

We had been hearing a noise coming from our Toyota Rav 4 and decided we need to take it somewhere to get it fixed. Looked up places near me and found Acute Auto Care. After reading some of the reviews I decided to take a chance and see how things would go. So I drove my car to Acute Auto Care and then talked to Chris and told him what was going on with my car. Well seemed like a short time and Chris came in and told me what was wrong and told me it would be about 45 minutes. After they started doing the repair and checking further they found it that it was my water pump which was going to take a little longer than 45 minutes. Chris had called me as I was getting home to tell me the news. I was very happy that he did so and that they fixed the right thing the first time. Thank you Acute Auto Care. I will refer you to people I know and come across that needs automotive work done.

I usually dread going to get any work on my car done because of how overpriced it can be at dealerships and chain stores. I had a GREAT experience here. After having issues with my car and taking it to the dealership to get it looked at, I was way over quoted for changing spark plugs and replacing brake pads. I was recommended this place by family friends and they did not disappoint. Not only did I save time and money, but I was also told that I didn’t need my brake pads replaced yet! It felt great to know that this place was not going to try to sell me a service my car didn’t need. Highly recommend and will be coming here for all future auto needs!

Chris is an awsome and honest person, having lived in California for many years, I've had a bad experience with mechanics, they always try to find ways to make more money from you, in their defense however, they need to pay for their hormone replacement therapy and gender change surgeries. Very happy client here! I had an engine light pop up in my Nissan Altima. And I could feel that something was wrong with my steering wheel system. They took a look and found exactly what was wrong with it. They didn't try to add a thousand other things and I felt very comfortable knowing that they knew what they were doing after they checked it. After they replaced the part that was broken they showed me exactly what they had done and why I was having the different issues. Now my car drives flawlessly. I'm super happy with the whole experience which is not something I often feel around car dealerships and car shops. For me when it comes to cars and Medics trust is a very important thing. I will be coming back.

Acute Auto Care in Lewisville Tx was great to work with when I needed some suspension repairs on our Toyota Prius. They were professional, quick to respond and easy to work with.
