Let me start off by saying, Ruby the front desk representative was excellent. She was very professional even though I was a bit frustrated. Excellent demeanor. I had to say that due to a review that was recently posted. As a matter fact I was there and saw the entire interaction. Anyway, as stated before I was a little irritated about the amount of time it took to get my vehicle; However, the shop was doing everything possible to find the exact aftermarket headlight I have on my truck. Long story short we work together and resolved the problem. The shop also gave me a discount for my inconvenience. Great customer service goes a long way. Keep up the great Customer Service.

Let me preface this by saying Steve is awesome, very timely and respectful which I truly appreciated. This would easily have been a 4 star review if not for the fact than someone from this facility named Paul, called me and harassed me almost two weeks after the work was completed and I had already picked up the vehicle. He called me to inform me that he disagreed with the After Action survey that I filled out? When I asked what I could do to help him out, he said "Nothing". Okay so why are you calling me in the first place then? Just to argue? I mean seriously, it was one the most unprofessional experiences I have ever had with a shop, and my wife an insurance agent so we deal with them all the time. I gave the shop 7's across the board, one 8, and one 6 because it was written for a 2 day repair, and it took almost 10 days before we got the vehicle back(weekend included). Now as Paul explained to me, his team and management staff get bonuses based on these reviews so he seemed to be frustrated that he wouldnt be getting a bonus off me. If you are the owner of this company, please feel free to reach out and I can explain much easier over the phone than typing it all out. In 30 years Ive never had a company reach back out just to tell me that their scared that their boss is gonna read the review and chew them out. Completely One-Hundred Percent!!! Unprofessional!! The way your management treats you has nothing to do with the interaction that I experienced and therefore irrelevant to any part of our conversation. I do hope that your Department Manager reaches out, I would love to have a conversation with him about this encounter.

About a year ago, i took my car to another location (Jones Rd), only to find out it was this location that actually did the work. Despite the extensive damage, the repairs were done perfectly. But I was not impressed with the communication from Jones Rd. I'm being nice here, trust me. So when I needed work done again, I decide to come to this location. So this is the second time they have worked on my car. and both times the repairs, especially the paint, were absolutely perfect. So if you want excellent repairs GO HERE! In addtion, those in the front office deserve a special review of their own. This location understands the importance of simple communication. The communications via text were very timely and informative. I worked primarily with Shawn, so special thanks to him. Ruby (receptionist) was very professional and 100% helpful every time when I spoke with her. GREAT JOB! Its rare you find a business that does great work AND provide even better communication to their customer. This location is clearly a well oiled - machine. I hope to avoid any future accidents and never need their services, but if I do, I can rest in the assurance that things will be handled with care, perfection AND professionalism. Oh, forgot to mention....my car actually got done early! So extra credit for that as well! The coffee was good too! ;-)

Amazing service! I was so impressed with the staff (I worked with Ruby and Megan) who were both very professional and helpful throughout the repair process. I was rear-ended and filed a claim through the other driver’s insurance. Crash Champions helped me figure everything out with that insurance company throughout the process and kept me well informed. I was very impressed with how involved they were all the way from helping ensure all steps were completed by the insurance company to making sure they provided me with a rental car. In November 2023, someone hit me and for a change they had insurance. Immediately my insurance company USAA had me take my car to Crash “Dummies” Champions. They had my car from December to almost the end of January 2024. After picking my car up, the next day I had to take it back because a rubber block that held the Windshield down was unattached. They reapplied that piece and I moved on. Since you can’t wash your car for about 3 weeks, Almost, a month later on the passage side I noticed a strip that goes from the front windshield to the back was raised. It wasn’t like that prior to the accident which means crash dummies removed it during the repair. I called them to inform them of this and they said that they never would have removed the piece because they did no work around the windshield. First of all, why was the rubber piece that had to be refitted removed if they did not around the windshield. (The first Lie). I took my car to the dealership and they said that part never comes off unless someone removes it. Obviously, I had no reason to remove it, but Crash Dummies accused me of removing it. A month later as I was driving on the freeway, the splash shield completely folded back under the car and I was able to take it to one of their locations in Dallas and the guy put zip ties on it to keep it from folding back and said he would work on a fix and he ghosted me. After 3 months of trying to get Crash Dummies to take responsibility for their shotty work, I tried going through my insurance company Useless AA (USAA) and for months they said they were reaching out to CD and this went on until April 2025. One year and 4 months after receiving my car back. Finally, Useless AA scheduled a review with one of CD locations and immediately the person at CD came up with an excuse and blame it on me because of the wear and tear on my 12 year old vehicle. After that Useless AA turned their back on me not wanting to hold CD accountable and here I am in July 2025 no resolution but to have it fixed myself. If you go to Crash Dummies to get your car fixed, don’t do the review for at least 3 months by then, the true quality of the repair will show its ugly head. They don't deserve any stars.

I will say that this place has been the only saving grace of my insurance claim. They have been helpful in contacting me when the car was awaiting to be brought to their facility. They have been even more helpful when I was waiting to get the car released. I would also like to shout out the woman at the front who has done everything in her power to help me. She has gone out of her way in every situation where she did not have to. I wish I knew her name so I could make sure that she got proper recognition. Update - Ruby was her name and she was absolutely fantastic. I wish there were more people like in her in all customer service industries!

We picked up our car today from crash champions in lewisville off 35E near 121. Back in 2018, when this site was owned by service king, we had major repairs performed on our Explorer after a damaging hail storm in June. Fast forward to a few months ago when water started leaking into our car from a weird hole in our roof. I opened an insurance claim, took it to another shop, and found out that the 2018 repairs had gone bad. I called the original shop, now crash champions, and they asked us to bring the car in to evaluate. Once I provided the original paperwork, they were able to get our car in for repairs under warranty. They honored the original service king warranty and I didn't have to pay for repairs. They didn't give us a hard time or try to do minimal work. They fixed everything and checked on all the previous repairs. I feel they went above and beyond and I will be taking future work their way. Thanks to Shawn, Joe, and the whole team for making the process painless. Thanks!!!

I took my truck here because the AC went out after having a condenser replaced. I had only put 9,000 miles on it after the work was done and figured it qualified for warranty replacement. Without hooking it up to any machine the manager visually inspected it and said that they are not responsible because the issue was not the compressor. He said it was because this wheel that was connected to a belt was locked up and needed to be replaced. I took it to another shop and the first thing they did was hook it up to a machine to check the pressure and there was no pressure. I explained what the manager said and they responded that the wheel will not turn Without Pressure. They kept telling me to take it back, but I didn't have time to take my truck back and fight for the customer service that I should have received in the first place. The only issue was the condenser and I had to come out of pocket $650, just because this guy didn't want to have a technician hook it up to a machine. Very disappointed and will never recommend anyone to get service done here, of all people the manager cares the least for their customers.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I’ve received at Crash Champions in Lewisville, Texas (Store #0008). I dropped off my BMW X3 on July 14th for what should have been a minor cosmetic repair to the left side of my bumper—barely noticeable unless viewed up close. I was originally told the vehicle would be completed by July 30th, but as of August 4th, the repairs are still not finished, with no clear timeline in sight. The overall environment is unwelcoming, and the lack of communication has been deeply frustrating. My original technician, Jessica, never initiated contact to provide updates. I had to reach out to her myself, and while she promised to keep me informed, I never heard back. After days of radio silence, I went up to the shop in person only to find out that I had been reassigned to a new technician named Juan—again, with no communication or notice. Unfortunately, the issues did not improve with the technician change. Juan has also failed to proactively communicate. Each time I want an update, I am forced to visit the shop in person. He has repeatedly told me he would call or follow up with information and consistently fails to do so. It wasn’t until I expressed my intent to contact corporate that the General Manager finally reached out. During our conversation, he claimed the delay was due to one of the parts arriving incorrectly—information that directly contradicted what Juan told me just days earlier. Juan had said all parts had been received, the vehicle had gone through paint, and it only needed to be reassembled. The inconsistency in their communication makes it hard to trust any updates I receive. At this point, it feels like my vehicle is being unnecessarily held to rack up garage fees rather than being prioritized for completion. This experience has been stressful, inconvenient, and completely unprofessional. I would not recommend this location to anyone seeking quality customer service or reliable repair timelines.
