Took car in for an estimate on a Tuesday and they took pictures, etc. and was told an estimate would be emailed to me later that day. Never received anything. The following Tuesday, I called and they apologized and said they would send it for review and email the estimate to me. Received nothing once again. Totally ridiculous! DO BETTER and BE HONEST!

Just spoke with Josh regarding our vehicle and he was the rudest person I have encountered up there. Did not even try to offer some type of receipt for letting our vehicle be retained by our insurance company. I have also been reaching out to their financial department about a reimbursement check that my insurance company has not received yet and I have not been offered the courtesy of a rerun call. I do not suggest that you use this place. Very unprofessional.

My 2018 Frontier was repaired at a body shop in Oklahoma after hitting a deer earlier in the summer. The other (Oklahoma) body shop neglected to install the fasteners for the two front fender liners and they were rubbing against the brand new tires. Chris Morgun fixed their mistake and attached the fender liners in about 15 minutes. I truly appreciate Chris and Nissan of Lewisville and wish they had repaired my truck intially.

My car repair took an extremely and unexplained very very long time, and never finish. The repair persons generally don't answer my phone calls to inquire about the status, and when I go in person, they tell me it will finish in two days, and this has been repeated on and on. I certainly hope this absolutely unusual and strange situation will come to an end soon.

Do not bring your vehicle here for any type of repair. Before I brought my vehicle here, I called and ask if they handle insurance claims/repairs and they said they do. While my vehicle is here, they took over 2 weeks to send any adjustment to the claims adjustor/insurance company, despite telling me they were waiting to hear back from my insurance well before then. Now they are holding my vehicle hostage and are demanding over $2,000 just to release my vehicle because of "holding fees" after not doing any work on the vehicle at all. This place is an absolute scam, do not bring your vehicle here.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!! If you’re okay with being lied to and being without a car for MONTHS then this is the place to go!! These people lie about what they’re doing to your car, will never answer the phone or call back, and will keep your car for months for a two day job (their words). I had to show up at the shop just to find out in four weeks my car had not been touched, after they lied on the phone and said they had been working on it. Then the front office told me my car was ready and when I arrived I found out no work had been done and I was told to take my car elsewhere. When I asked why I never got my calls returned I was told by the Mexican lady “you could’ve called us back,” so unless you want to do their job for them then I don’t recommend this place to a single person. The entire establishment is a nightmare.

10/10 wouldn’t recommend! I brought my car here May 2023. Someone hit my car, so I was going through their insurance. Throughout the whole process I’m calling the insurance company and this place to make sure things were getting done. In the end Nissan collision center was dragging their feet fixing my car, so I was in a rental 1 week longer than I needed to be. The collision center came to an agreement with the insurance company that they would pay for the extra week of the rental. The collision center told me to bring the receipt of how much the rental was and they would write me a check. I emailed them the receipt. It’s April 2024 and I never received the check!! I emailed/called/texted (mostly Megan) several times and even went up there throughout the summer and into winter. They were giving me the run around saying that they got a new system and all these other lies. I would never recommend anyone to come here. They switch managers every few months because business is bad and no one is making their numbers. Well here’s a tip, dishonesty is not going to get you where you want to be.

I will NEVER bring my car here again. They had my car for 2 months! My insurance issued my last payment to them and it took them another month to fix it! The only excuses I got where 1. “I’m new” and 2. “It took your insurance a long time to issue the payments.” Which was a lie! I will NEVER support this business ever again, and i have half a mind to report them to the BBB because by did you hold my car hostage for an unnecessary month? I wouldn’t even call this place a business, it’s more like a backyard sale who gouges your insurance for unnecessary cost. I learned my lesson and i will listen to my insurance when they say “run from this place”.

Took my 2021 Rogue for body work to Nissan of Lewisville collision repair center and picked it up today 3/8/24. I was very pleased with their work and was pleasantly surprised that my car was fully detailed and washed when I picked it up. The shop is under a new management team, Kevin Lopez always took the time to respond to my phone calls and made sure the job was completed to my satisfaction. Kudos Kevin to your team for the stellar job done on my Nissan Rogue!!

Very bad car dealer , avoid to share with them your contact information because they keep sending you non stops , emails , texts , asking for review after review. And to be honest I made my car service there and the service was awful. I received my car uncleaned , bills was more expensive than any Nissan dealer , and I waited for a while. Again please don’t share your contact with them. You will regret it.

AVOID!!! So here is what's up. Avoid here. they did a repair on my car after i got hit from behind. took a while but cant blame them this was in the mid of parts and supply chain etc. however they did repair leaving and didn't add a bunch of clips. A year pass and i realize my side of my car was ripped between where the bumper was clipped. What happen is that because of their incompetence of not putting all clips my bumper basically became a parachute for my car. it was just fighting against the wind for months. When i went and check bunch of missing clips. Went by them they say our warranty are for couple of month -_-. In short go to caliber collision they have lifetime warranty..
