After calling around to many repair shops for leaking oil. I came across JC AUTO REPAIR, Carlos was more than helpful, welcoming and most importantly HONEST. His expertise and confidence over the phone was more than enough to book the diagnostics inspection. Once Carlos finished the diagnostics, he offered me behind the scenes and under my car to not only see with my own eyes what the issue was but to also make me feel more comfortable knowing what I had recently gone through with Fifth Gear automotive. Reasonably priced and the job was finished and triple checked by Carlos and his team. I’ve had my car back 72 hours now and no oil leak in sight, my Chevy Cruze is back up and running like never before. I’ll also have Carlos handle my A/C job as well!

JC promised the clutch would be fixed as of Tuesday and it was done on Tuesday. A mouse chewed through my clutch flexible hose. He sent me a picture of the hole in the hose. He could have added quire a few services for other “possible mouse-related problems” but he didn’t. He fixed the problem and made sure the car was driving well. Only thing for me: I would like more updates. I know it was a busy weekend, but if someone could have text me with some sort of update on where the car was in the process, I could have saved myself several answers to my mother’s partner of “No, they haven’t called yet. No they haven’t updated me. Yes I’ll call them now.”

I took my car to JC Repairs after discovering some frustrating rodent damage under the hood. My car dealership had quoted me a price that I simply couldn’t afford, but the team at JC worked with me and gave me a much more reasonable and fair price. Highly Recommend! My son and I called him about an issue with the car not accelerating when driving, he was ready to pickup the vehicle within hours, did the diagnostic, and communicated right away the issue. We paid diagnostic fee and ask him to proceed to fix the car. Early the next morning the car was ready and sent a link for final payment. JC Autorepair is the place for your AC and general automotive repair needs. They work on trucks, sports cars, luxury brands, imports, domestics and anything else you might have. I brought my Honda in on short notice and they diagnosed and repaired my issue without upselling any unnecessary repairs. They do a true diagnostic of your vehicle and find the underlying issue instead of just throwing parts at the problem. I was very impressed by their integrity and quality workmanship. After today, I won’t take my vehicles to anybody else.
