Terrible customer service. First came in for a leak. Told it was a tube only. FYI they charge $140/hr.
Sure you can argue that’s the price for being an “expert” but nope! Later the next day the car stopped working, couldn’t drive past 10 mph. Had them tow it back to the shop, told it was the radiator. Another expensive labor and parts charge. Also a $90 tow charge, if the “expert” would have done a better job this wouldn’t have been necessary. But whatever, they aren’t experts.
On inspection on the way out, logo and on engine was peeled off and falling off into the fan. They claimed they didn’t do it and didn’t want to repair it. On principle it was argued with them and eventually with sour faces they fixed that. As if the massive bill wasn’t enough to cover their some error, they didn’t want to do a simple glue repair that they caused. They finally bend and completed it.
Absolute terrible customer service and repair service experience. Strongly advise to avoid this location at all costs….cause it’ll cost you a lot.

Went in to get a stuck lug nut out, was charged $20 to rotate all the tires but none were rotated and to top it they tightened the lug nuts for all the wheels so tight that it won’t come off at all. Had a flat tire the same night but was stranded because I couldn’t get the nuts off to replace with a the spare tire.

Have used them off an on for years. Just a recent summary of a very positive experience. I dropped in to Firestone in Coppell because it is a little closer to my house and an easier walk home. I had a small finishing nail (maybe from my own garage!) in the tread of my tire. The young lady at the counter came out and looked at it said it might be too close to the edge of the tire and then asked the technician. The technician never came out to look at the tire but said no I just needed a new one. I then the next morning took it around the corner to this location --Goodyear MacArthur Tire and Service and they easily removed the nail and patched the tire from the inside for $29. Great service, no upsale for a new tire and had it complete in an hour or so. Thank you!

I took in my wife’s car for a coolant flush and they didn’t bother to put coolant in it. The receipt said I refused new coolant, but I recall asking for the coolant flush to be done “all the way”.

Very friendly staff, my boyfriend had previously brought my car here when my tire popped and one of the studs broke while he was replacing it. Afterwards I noticed a scraping sound so I brought it back, they were very kind to take the time to make sure it was safe to drive and to correct any error that was causing that sound. Would not recommend this place because lack of customer service. Ernie is an unhappy man who doesn’t work for U-Haul and thinks he can make calls for U-Haul . Just a guy on a power trip, trying to make other peoples lives more difficult. In the end it didn’t bother me i simply go somewhere else but for those of you who want to be treated with respect go elsewhere. Alex was cool.
Ernie if you are reading this. I love you man , just don’t hate on fit younger guys . I bet your body is really inflamed and you don’t feel good about yourself and just in general because of what you eat. I say start with the carnivore diet to loose weight then maybe go for some Jogs if you can. Start by walking miles if you can’t jog. I would put more emphasis on the cardiovascular side and not so much weight training.Also maybe go move a few U-Haul boxes 😉 Cherio!

This shop is mostly fair have used them for years. But the last time I went and had about 600 dollars of work done. The did work that I was never called to authorize. When I push back about it that I was never called the did remove the charge. Then I go to pay the then inform me I will be charged to us my credit card a 2 or 3 % fee to pay for card processing. This is unacceptable they never have done this in the past and not tell me upfront is kinda messed up. It is crazy to me that they want to charge 130 an hour plus charging almost double for the same part I priced it after, they now expect customers to pay for a cost of doing business. Just think if Kroger or the gas station started to charge a process fee to use a card. After a decade of being in the area I have to start looking for a decent shop that does not expect the customer to cover cost that every business has to pay.
