Threatened to shoot me because I scared him in his shop. Nobody was in the office. Simply walked back and said hello. Really? That’s your recollection of what happened. My above statement is 100% true. You, Sir are an outright liar. You’re reasonings for your actions were something about “crack-heads” in the area. Then you proceeded to come out and “try and explain yourself”. Pfft.

Honest, professional repair shop with excellent prices. Explains the problem and the diagnosis procedure instilling confidence in the service. Taken several vehicles here and always a great experience. Had noisy steering, I thought it was a the power steering pump going out. He found it was a rubber boot around the steering column rubbing on the firewall (quick fix for a few bucks). Very honest.

My post is only based on talking to Scott on the phone 2x now. Yesterday I called him because I thought I needed new brake pads but, after asking about the type of car I have and the mileage, he told me my brake pads should be fine (he still offered to take a look at it). I had a free multi-point inspection with Toyota dealership anyway so I did that and they want to service about 3 different things for $450ish. I called Scott about it today hoping to get his estimate. Long story short but seems like I only need to replace my wiper blades. My partner and I bought a house in Flower Mound recently and I believe we found our forever mechanic- and I haven't even met him yet! He's very patient with me and takes the time to explain things as simply as he can.

Highly recommend!! Scott is a very competent and trustworthy mechanic. Took my dad's SUV in for a supposed head gasket repair, but it turned out all I needed was a sensor for a couple hundred dollars. We were both happy with his service and with the repair!

Mr. Scott was highly recommended more than 12 yrs ago from a co worker. Being a single mother with little knowledge of cars Mr. Scott made the process so easy and has always been honest and upfront with me. Now 3 cars later I’m still a LOYAL customer. I do not let anyone else touch any of my cars but Mr. Scott even if it’s an oil change. I’ve since turned my entire family on to Mr. Scott and they too are now loyal customers as well. Mr. Scott is bomb, you will not be disappointed.

We have been going to Scott’s Car Care since we moved here 20+ years ago and he has ALWAYS been fair, honest and timely! He has fixed things that the quick oil change companies have messed up so now he even does the oil change (it’s cheaper to have it done the right way the first time than use a coupon AND THEN have to go get it fixed). If you like to support local businesses, Scott is an honest guy doing an outstanding job and service.

Will never do business here again. On the phone, I was told diagnostic will not be charged if I end up doing a repair with him. I did do diagnostic for check engine light, and he STILL charged me a diagnostic fee WITHOUT finding what the problem was. I brought my car in for maintenance issue as well which he took care of. However, for a simple replacing of spark plugs, he charged me $375 for labor. Are you kidding??! When I called him out on taking advantage of not having his prices posted anywhere, he got very upset and started screaming at me. He also slammed his “4,000 equipment I have to pay for!” (his quote) in front of my face on the counter and continued to yell at me. Is this the kind of person you want to do business with?! I certainly don’t. The fact that he had no other cars he was working on besides mine should have been a red flag. Lesson learnt.
