went to the shop asked for repair the diagnose and charge me for diagnose only $90 which is ok, but the guy who was not friendly at all he didnt even give me a call even i called them to call me back when available, but no return call, i could fix my car, but the customer service was really bad, ended up taking my car back

Lorentz Automotive and Staff are absolutely THE BEST, especially Frank! Well worth the trip from Southlake to have Lorentz fix our truck. We are new customers for Lorentz and we will not go anywhere else. We purchased a pre-owned truck that had an aftermarket lift kit. The kit was poorly installed and caused significant damage. Frank and team did an awesome job repairing these problems and were fair with their pricing. Frank also reached out to us about two unrelated issues with the truck that we were unaware of and to care of them. I wish we knew of Lorentz before we bought this truck from the dealership, in the future, Lorentz will inspect any pre-owned vehicle we want to purchase. Lorentz is thorough, high quality work and fair prices. Very trustworthy and going forward they'll be the only ones servicing our vehicles. Thank you Frank and Lorentz!

Excellent, personalized, above and beyond service! Thank you, Shane Matthews and Lorentz family/team, for taking care of me when I brought my F150 in to check the transmission. You were quick to bring it back, inspect it and tell me exactly what the issue was, actually find another I was not aware of. I have a friend that recommended Lorentz based on his own experience. I had to call them last minute for my vehicle with a dead battery and an alternator issue. They got me in almost immediately and had my vehicle fully diagnosed not long after its arrival. They produced a report for me to review and pointed out repairs that were most important compared to repairs that could wait a bit. Their prices are very reasonable and they are all very friendly and nice. The repairs were made based upon my directions and were done so in a very timely manner. My favorite part was not talking down or belittling me. Shane and all the folks at Lorentz/German Autowerks are awesome! They are fast, efficient, and mostly - honest. They told me about everything, but really what needed and saved me money. Ultimately, I got what I needed for my vehicles at a huge savings (with super quality work) compared to both the dealership and 4 other shops I checked. I used them years ago, and fortunately my wife remembered them when the time came for some major repairs (that would have been a lot more with another shop) for our Mercedes SUV. Then because I was so pleased again with that work, I took my aging Ford truck in for much needed repairs that also could have been much more extensive and expensive. Thanks to Shane and his folks, our cost and pain were minimized for both vehicles. We will never go anywhere else again. Thanks guys!
