This repair shop is so well managed by Jose. Even though it has taken weeks for me to get my service complete. Jose and his staff kept me informed by calls and emails. The holidays and weather played a huge part in the delays. I was able to pay for the partial work done so I could use my car to go to work. This tong man is a keeper for Firestone and my future car repairs for all of my family vehicles.

Appalled at the lack on intergrity and unprofessionalism of this store. For starters they did not install my tire correctly and I had a blow out on the road. They then were trying to charge me tire insurance do to their negligence. The store associate was so rude I had to get a manager involved to not be charged. I then received a new tire but it has signs of wear on it with red circles an eye sore to say the least. The store manager then lied and said he contacted me and offered a feee oil change, which was never the case. I will not be doing any business with Firestone or this store do to my experience. I would also advise customers to proceed with caution as their practices are unethical and discriminatory to people of color and lgbt identifying individuals.

Tried getting tires for my car and the “manager” named Jose told me it can only be cash only trying to sell me tires under the books Firestone has been my go to but I reported them to corporate asking if it was policy like he claimed and it wasn’t.
