Bad communication. Appointment was set up and then they never showed. Then they contacted me and explained their reasoning for not showing which I understood so we then rescheduled for a different day. We had scheduled a new appointment a different day for 4pm. At 4:15pm they never showed up again or sent any sort of message that they were running late so I told them I was no longer interested. I’m sure they do a good job based on previous reviews but they lack communication and being on time.

Grew weary of non-responsiveness, no calls, and tardiness and hired another company to finish the job the first time when he couldn’t in 2. Buyer beware.
