I took my car in Saturday for a 10:30 appointment on July 13 to inspect car for an estimate. The guy took photos of car and no one ever got back to me. Tried to call office no answer. I must find someone else to help out. I heard them advertise on The Ticket. Not for me this place.

Who could trust a shop that delivers vehicles with new damage and completely filthy from repair work? Particularly when insurance paid them ~$17,000 and they had possession of the vehicle for four months?
I drive a 2022 Toyota 4Runner. I was given an estimate of 23 days for repair after a left T-bone. I received my vehicle with “complete repairs” after 112 days (early March to late June). Communication throughout this period was terrible - the shop AT BEST was disorganized and confused and at worst lied to me on several occasions about parts availability, vehicle status, etc. I think for five weeks in a row they said “we’re wrapping up and it’s going to paint”. For the first 90 days, the shop called me only one time; the rest of the time I got information was because I called the shop. These pictures are of damage to my vehicle that occurred at the shop DURING the repair process, but it’s not everything: burned (?) and scratched headliner (supposedly removed during repairs since my insurance paid for that), poorly installed seals on the door, incorrectly seated trim inside, missing and incorrectly installed components outside, not to mention all the new scratches and broken taillight that were not present when I dropped my vehicle off for repairs (I have pictures). They couldn’t even detail it before pickup! Beyond disappointed and continuing to seek resolution, but wanted to make my recommendation clear: DON’T USE THIS SHOP.
In full transparency, they did pay $500 towards my deductible as “a thanks for my patience” - but it doesn’t come close to being without transportation for four months and now having to continue to deal with their poor repairs. I’m wondering how many corners they cut under the hood that I just haven’t found yet.

Worst place to give you car for repairs paid them $2500 out of my pocket to fix my car car still shows problems with the areas they fixed. When they gave me the car back the car started to have problems and when I took back they blamed
me for hitting my car after the repairs which never happened. Highly disappointed
