I had an excellent experience at the Nissan dealership thanks to Kevin Harper in Sales and Chuck Patel in Finance. Kevin was knowledgeable, patient, and truly listened to what I was looking for. He made the entire car-buying process smooth and stress-free, never once making me feel pressured. Chuck in Finance was just as impressive—clear, honest, and efficient. He took the time to explain all the options and made sure everything was handled quickly and professionally. Today Sabrina in Service was so kind, helpful and knowledgeable!! I had a problem with my Altima, 2 separate issues - the key fob remote wasn’t working and the car battery was not secured correctly. She figured out what was wrong, how to fix both with the help of a mechanic in Service Dept (didn’t get his name) they were both awesome at a time I was desperate for help. The rest of the service staff were courteous also. I really recommend their Service Department!

I was looking to sell my 2014 Ram to the highest stealership and I got an offer for 25,200. I did everyhting online and got back an offer I made an appt for 10AM is my time is very limit as I had to be at work later that day. I got and they have no clue. So they look at the truck and agree it is very clean and test everything out. They come back with an offer at 22,000 and now are trying to sell it at 38,000. I should have left and dealth with another dealer or tried carmax. These people are out to scam you to death. If they want to settle give me 3k and I will rewrite this review. This is why dealership can't be trusted.

This place is absolutely ridiculous. I brought it in for 1 issue, they tell me they have the solution and all I need to do is spend $520 on cleaning the throttle body. I say okay and they do it. None of the lights go off. Then after I talked to them and argue for 30 minutes I got the “I promise I’ll fix it and bring it back trust us” speech. I bought that lie. I bring it back and they tell me it will be $2300 more to fix it but he promises to work with me. I got the “I’ll call you with what I can do tomorrow” never got a call. The next week my check engine light comes on and after the code read it’s the throttle body again. I call and talk to the service manager again and he says “I’m sorry I thought I called you my bad” then he says “let me help you out and I can call you back.” Never received a call. So I go in on my own because no one answers my calls and now it’s been 5 days. Talk to the service manager and he tells me the part they cleaned is now broken and needs to be replaced. It will cost me $1000. Garbage. Not willing to admit it was them who broke it. Bad service. Scammers. Not willing to work with customers. NEVER go there. All you’re in for is being scammed.

I really appreciate the support from Allan in Parts. I called him today because I have 2023 Nissan Frontier front license plate holder that has allowed the license plate to rattle loudly virtually since I bought the truck two years ago. I was trying to find the right parts in aftermarket for just where the screws go in, but the whole entire plastic holder has to be replaced. Allan found out from Nissan that it wasn’t covered under warranty. He ordered a new one for me anyway and said he was going to take care of it for me. Horrible service and can't use a credit card. Never bringing my truck here again. I live in Lewisville but will drive to Denton for maintenance even though I Purchased my Nissan frontier with u guys. I Purchased a tire. Said they will match price at discount tires. Even though I should the website pricing they wanted me to go and get a printed quote before matching. Would not take a internet print out. Guess what. Discount tire doesn't do print outs which I'm guessing y'all knew. Also they didn't put my tire lock back. Had to drive back for that. Oscar made it seem I was inconveniencing him. Not friendly or at all or apologetic. Last my daughter brought her car here several months ago. They screwed that up. Didn't tighten a plug had to bring her car back. I hope u are saving lots of money with ur new staff because they are not worth much

RAT PROBLEMS!! Update: its been a week. No one ever tried to reach out to me to make it right. I ended up going to NISSAN OF GREENVILLE. Got a truck from them for a much better price. If you need a new nissan go there and get it. They don't play games with your time or money. Went in on a Friday to check out a 2026 nissan frontier pro 4x. Agreed to some numbers. Came back the next day to do the deal. The truck i wanted had a rodent problem eating the wires in the engine bay. Asked if I could do the deal on the other one available. That one had a rodent problem as well. They tried to get me a different one from another dealership but the window sticker was a $1000 less. They wanted to keep the deal at the original numbers. But for a cheaper truck. They wouldn't budge on the price. I asked them to cut the $5k dealer adds since this truck didn't have there adds. No budging there either. Overall a very negative experience at a dealership that can't sell vehicles faster than rats can eat them.

This was hands down one of the worst service experiences I've had at any dealership. I had a 7:40 AM appointment for a basic oil & filter change and one recall. I was initially told the car would be ready max by 12 PM, which was already far longer than reasonable for this type of service. When no one contacted me by noon, I had to call them myself and only then did service advisor casually said it would now be ready by 5 PM. Multiple calls to the service department were ignored. I had to go through the main operator just to reach someone, which is ridiculous. Sabrina (service advisor) was completely clueless about timelines, progress, and invoicing. One other advisor sitting was like "it's not my problem". Allan the manager had absolutely no customer engagement skills. This was my final service visit at Nissan of Lewisville. I had even considered upgrading my vehicle through this dealership, especially since I originally bought my car here but after this experience, they permanently lost my business. If you value your time, money, and basic respect, take your business elsewhere. The only good experience was with my shuttler Kevin - thanks man!

My experience is mixed the day I purchased my car things seemed good I was told that.the car I was purchasing had a remote start and a gps system. after get the car home I found out the the remote start was not working. The next day I took the car back to the dealership where after a few conversations I was told by the sales manager Gary that the car was not equipped with a remote start . I asked if they could put one on I would pay for it I was then told that nissan doesn’t carry a remote start for that car. I was also told that the car came with a Elo GPS system. I have asked several times when we're they going to make it available to me. They keep telling me that the seals manager has to transfer it to me so I can set it up its been 2 weeks now and still nothing. Be careful when purchasing from nissan of lewisville.
