First off Mason was an amazing help he is a great sales associate he answered all my questions. Next is the owner he is exactly what you would expect and want from an owner he worked with me with anyone concerns I had and fixed them to help ease my mind. All I can say is best price around best customer service and overall a great dealership. Last I got a 2013 s1000RR and was curious on the power it would be producing due to the mods and he offered to Dino it for free and was a cool experience to see your new bike getting all the numbers. Thank you for the great service. 10/10 recommend.

Be aware!! They do not take serious their customer!!! I was there in person, I saw the bike which has been fallen and had some scratches. I asked off course for discount and we agreed a number. They knew I would you use my bank to financing the bike. I am very busy and I lost 1h skipping my work to make things work and run an application with my bank, I also sent my ID and all my info by txt message to make easier for both parties and save time, and by the end of the day, they did not sell the bike because I was asking too much, specially when I said I would test drive the bike first before sign any paperwork. The first red flag!! Also they were trying to make an obligation for I pay $399 for they do maintenance and by law I have the right to decline, specially when I know how to do all my maintenance myself. I lost my application, got my credit affected and now I am looking for a good bike in a serious shop. Be aware!!!

I cannot say enough about my experience at Redline Racers! Manny took very good care of me and made the buying process easier than any other dealership I have ever dealt with. I initially went into the shop scouting around for a new bike with no intention to buy at that moment. But Manny made me an offer I could not refuse for my trade (2020 Honda Grom). These guys are nothing like most bike dealerships that are looking for a huge profit or become disinterested in helping if they think you’re not serious about buying. They actually connect with their customers and don’t make you feel pressured at all. Manny had my bike ready on the exact day he promised (maybe a day earlier) and Barbara in the finance dept. made the process quick and easy as well. Everything went so fast, it felt like I was missing something lol. I can go on and on about how great and informative the entire staff was there; but if you’re thinking of buying a new bike or just have a few questions, Redline Racers is DEFINITELY the place to go to!
