I cannot say enough about how great this guys is he is friendly, knowledgeable and fast. This is the best place to go for yearly inspection and Jacob really just makes it that much better! ★☆☆☆☆ They “improved” it by having one (1) lane where you pull around to the back to wait in line. Which is terrible idea if you hire an employee who won’t tell the customer who can’t find their insurance to move their car so others can be helped. Additionally, the bill was $18.50, but they didn’t have change when I tried to pay with a $20 bill, “because this was his first day back from the holiday” and he wasn’t ready for business. He also felt the need to roll down my driver’s side window (which isn’t part of the inspection process) (and it wasn’t hot because it was January) and the window was inoperative and shouldn’t have been rolled down, and now won’t roll back up! Three time losers.
