Absolutely amazing and wonderful facility. IP Truck (Hino) repair shop has been an absolutely joyful and joyful experience. Every teuck driver knows how stressful and anxiety filling a truck breakdown is. IP truck Center - Lewisville, TX - has eased my mind and elevated that anxiety feeling. Victor Diaz is my service advisor. Wonderful human being and absolutely knowledgeable about all issues facing the breakdowns and explained the repair process perfectly. The mechanic that fixed the truck was extremely professional and did an amazing job in getting my truck back on the road with minimal time loss of productivity. The IP truck facility itself was exquisite, well maintained, and organized. Even tho this facility is few years old, It looked like it was just built yesterday. Sparkling clean. All-in-all, breakdowns on the road are nurve-wreking, but coming to IP truck center has elevated my worries. The whole team in this facility worked diligently, professionally, and quickly to diagnose the problem, fix it quickly. This allowed me to get back on the road in a short time period.
