Doug is a good and knowledgeable guy. We spoke on the phone days prior to the drop off. On the drop off day Doug remembered the conversation about my vehicle. Told me they would get it inspected and call me with a quote before any work would be done, with in a reasonable amount of time. Understanding that I was not their only customer I accepted this. They had my vehicle for about 7 days total, inspection to repair. Doug kept me informed every step of the way. Will use them again in the future.

Just wanted to share my experience , I went to this shop because I was having issues with my car the transmission was making a sound so when I got there Doug immediately had Andrew to take my car in and check out, low and behold he finds out that my transmission fluids were extremely low and check for leaks, thank goodness no leaks but he took care of it , if your ever in need of work on your car I recommend these guys! If you are reading this review, look no further. This is the shop you want to use. They saved me over $8000. My 2008 Honda truck just stopped moving. I called AAA for a tow. They shared with me that a local shop would give me a 10% discount if I used them. I had my truck towed to the recommended shop. The next day. They gave me a bid. They told me I needed a new transmission, but all they could find was a junkyard transmission. Of course they found six other things that must be fix immediately. I did not want to install used but not rebuilt transmission (junkyard) so I started calling around. Thank God I ended up here. They looked at my car and told me all I had was an axle problem. They told me my transmission was fine. They fixed my truck and I back on the road and they saved me over $8000. How many times in life does this happen? Here is an honest shop that wants your business for years to come. They are not out for the quick buck to gouge the customer. They will have my families business for as long as they are in business. They have earned it. Shop no further. Here is the shop you want to use. You will be able to believe what they tell you. I recommend them without any reservation.

They rebuilt the transmission in my 2019 Silverado. I felt like these guys were honest and did a good job. Truck drives great. They picked it up from my house on Monday and had it ready on Friday. Doug was friendly and easy to work with. Pricing was in the ballpark of every other transmission shop that I checked so I would use them again.
