Oil change was good, took a bit but no complaints. There was a minor issue with my spark plug but they fixed it immediately after I brought it up.

Had a great experience with Meineke as always! I’m new to this location but not to their top notch services! Charles had great customer service and explained everything that was needed to my boyfriend and I. We didn’t feel like we were being sold things we didn’t need. 10 stars ⭐️ is well deserved. Thanks again Meineke! See you next time.

No point in setting up an appointment here, guy inside said "it takes him over an hour to do anything" which is absurd. Don't waste your time here when there are other shops close by that can knock out a simple oil change in less than 15 minutes.

Excellent service at the front desk, answering my questions and giving me options which matched my budget and needs (so I could make the call that's right for me.) No pushy upselling. Quality work, and they even did a free brake inspection, and an air filter, without charging me for labor. Very happy with my service and will be back for future needs!

We have been coming to Meineke for awhile. This is the worst experience I have ever had. Took car in for one thing. I was told something else. I was giving one price, which I thought was expensive for the repair. I called another automotive repair shop and got a quote. It was only going to cost $400 and the price was $300 less than Meineke $706. I even told the manager on duty to see if they could fix it for that price. He said he couldn't. There business where slow. They should've been glad to have a customer. Then I paid for the diagnostic test. Poor service.

I got an oil and the customer service was amazing but since changing franchise owners they don't top off fluids anymore so that's why the 4 stars.

Service at this place was great! Demaul answered the phone quick and efficiently and was so so helpful! The mechanic found the issue fairly quickly and everything went great! Prices are quite affordable as well.

My car battery was dead and I wasn't able to get it taken care of right away. I have used Meineke in the past with our former car issues and had not had any problems but this experience was much more pleasant because of the friendly and knowledgeable help given by Justin. He made sure my car battery issue was dealt with promptly. Thank you Justin for the attention given in this visit!

Professional. Did what they said they’d do. I haven’t driven my car yet just drove it home. I’ve yet to test it out. Time will tell. Great group of service men and management.

I can’t leave zero stars so one will have to do. I visited Meineke for what should have been a simple battery replacement. I was told this required what is known as an “adaptation” and a reset of the car’s computer system. Something went terribly wrong during this process and it has left my vehicle undrivable. The electronic power steering assist is completely inactive and it’s nearly impossible to turn the wheel. After nearly 3 hours sitting in the shop, the manager told me the car needed to stay overnight. The next morning, there was still no resolution and no clear path to one. I called Clay Cooley Volkswagen of Lewisville to explain the situation and they felt strongly that something more than just a failed adaptation is involved. They suspect the Electronic Control Module (ECM) and possibly the wheel rack may have been damaged during the process which could cost THOUSANDS to fix. I searched Reddit and other websites and read about other people in the same position because a shop botched the process and damaged the electronics. I told the manager at Meineke that I wanted to have the car towed to VW of Lewisville to have professional VW technicians diagnose the car. He wasn't rude but he was combative about this. He stated Meineke would not take responsibility for any costs associated with the repair if I removed the car from his shop before he had an opportunity to exhaust "all options" available. He never explained exactly what those options were or how long it would take. It should be easy to understand why I would find this unacceptable and didn’t want Meineke doing complex electronic work on my vehicle after they already botched a simple battery exchange. If Meineke put a huge dent in my door, I wouldn’t leave it there to be fixed. I’d take it to a reputable body shop to be repaired. This is the same situation. If they caused sensitive electronic failures in my vehicle, I want a reputable VW dealer with experienced technicians doing the repairs. At this point, I'm without my vehicle and Meineke is basically giving me the middle finger because I didn’t want to let the electronics in my car be tinkered with indefinitely. They should do the right thing and take accountability for screwing up a 2022 car with only 17k miles during what should have been a simple battery change. They should agree to cover the costs of the repair instead of demanding I leave it in their shop so they can experiment and hopefully wiggle out of paying a bill. Small claims court is the last thing I was thinking about when I walked into their shop but there's no way I'm going to eat thousands in repairs because they screwed up my car and think they get to hold it hostage while they buy time finding a way out of their responsibility. Also, VW said only licensed shops are supposed to be doing this adaptation process at all. When I mentioned this to the manager, he acted like he had never heard of this requirement and essentially accused VW of lying. It's completely possible that Meineke was never authorized to attempt this repair. We'll see where it goes. In the meantime, I can't advise anyone bring their car to this shop unless it's an absolute beater.

Demaul & Kyle run an efficient, effective repair shop. They send all work orders to your phone, which includes a brief explanation and picture evidence of why it needs to be considered. Then, you can approve or decline. There is no hard sales pitch to upsell you. It is information so you can process it later if you choose. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, but got pictures and explanations for control arms, tune up and other suggestions. Pro tip- easily schedule your appointment online, and DEFINITELY SEARCH THEIR DIGITAL COUPONS. The oil change and rotation is a steal.

Ben at Meineke in Lewisville provided amazing service! He answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made sure everything was taken care of. They changed my oil, replaced my wipers, and checked my brakes, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. The service was quick, honest, and professional. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thanks Ben!

Although I was apprehensive about having my car repaired at a new place,I found that Demaul and his mechanic very professional and caring. As an older woman many in the auto business do not realize we have knowledge concerning our own vehicle. I was not talked down to and was informed on every detail. Actually a bad circumstance felt fine in the end v

They are certainly overpriced. I had a wheel bearing issue and expected the local mechanic to get it resolved without ripping us off. Simply put they charged me $200+ per hour and 3 hrs of work just for the labor . I left the car for almost 1 week so they get enough time to fix things. In the end I ended up coughing up more than $1600 for a single wheel bearing issue. Additional parts got added for some reason. Remember: 1. Ask for the quote upfront. If you feel overpriced it probably is. Even with the discounts they offer the charges still remain quite high. 2. If they don’t offer free diagnostics, turn around. The first thing Meineke Corporate asked us whether we got free diagnoses or not. We said no. And probably this center can’t give a free diagnostics and that’s fine. There will be others. 3. Get the physical copy of the quote as soon as possible. Doesn’t matter what was discussed verbally. Don’t approve the quote till you agree and don’t allow them to work on your car. The following day I after I took the car back I started getting squeaky noise from the same tire. Took it to a local brakes mechanic. He saw the plates were tilted and got them adjusted. Charged us $0 since it was a simple fix. Anyways we felt disappointed with the overall experience here. $1600 for wheel bearing and couple of other stuff.

I stopped in to have them do their multipoint inspection and an oil change. Kyle was amazing ... very friendly, and gave me some great advice and some recommendations about the Volkswagon Jetta I bought recently. I felt I could trust his advice and will definitely go back for more work in the future. Thanks Kyle!

The customer service here was amazing! Right after the freeze, my oil dropped to zero and they got me in right away changed my oil, flush the engine and even got me a ride back home from the shop so I didn’t have to wait. They were very knowledgeable about my car, which is old so I appreciated it. They were quick to get my car back in time so I could pick up my kids from school. I even had a payment issue and they let me come back to fix it like I said the customer service at this Lewisville location was great!
