My wife scraped her Porsche SUV pulling into our garage. She went and got an estimate before I got home from another shop in Frisco. She was given a quote of $1125 to refinish, no dent or body damage. I thought I could buff it out but did not want to damage the sheen on the clear coat. 7 years ago Magic Touch did a great job on our son car. We drove over to Lewisville at noon. We were greeted by the female at the front desk , she gave me an intake form 1 minute to fill out and then Roger came over and said let’s take a look. We walk out side parked right in front he looks at. Said I will be right back. Came back with a solution wiped it all off, no charge. Took 2 min at most. Very thankful that honest and kind people still exist in this world. That you so much Roger ! Mike and Karla

My car looks new again, like many was recommended here and I totally see why. It should have been a 5 star review the only thing was the estimated time completion was all over the place, hopefully I was just a one off case and not a repeat issue for any new customers. Roger and his staff are professionals to deal with. Hopefully I don’t need to use their services but if I ever do wouldn’t hesitate to come here again.

Being my usual self, I hit a fence pole while backing into my driveway. I immediately started looking online for body shops to help with the huge dent. I went to 2 different places, but ultimately decided on Magic Touch because I felt like Roger was trying to take care of me and not charge a ridiculous amount to fix the issue. I have had my vehicle repaired by Magic Touch three times in the past five years and, obviously, couldn’t be happier with their work. Most of the time Roger is the person I deal with but Larry is very good too. Everyone, including the receptionists, are very professional, friendly and efficient and always you’re always greeted with a smile and a handshake. They work to get your vehicle back with least cost and time. Very trustworthy and I wouldn’t consider going elsewhere for repairs. I also recommended them to a friend who was pleased with her experience. I highly recommend them!

I recently purchased a 2025 Nissan Murano from crest Nissan and recently noticed that my passenger rear door was not flushed. I had my vehicle serviced and they mentioned I would need to bring my vehicle to Magic Touch to inspect and see what may need to be done. I arrived today and they immediately got me Alex and not only was he a great explainer (I’m just a gal that drives my car), he advised what the process would be if there may be work needed. This shop has truly impressed me with their service! My front bumper was taken out by a faulty automatic gate, along with a tire and a side mirror. Gloria kept me consistently updated throughout the whole process, and did amazing working with my insurance! OK, so you know when you do something stupid repeatedly and you know it bothers your wife. And all you really want to do is fix it Well, Power garage is a little too small for two cars sometimes. I have been putting little scratches and dings in the side of her car just because my door always touched it just enough to cause that kind of damage. I know it’s my fault. I own that , But anyway, I finally decided that it was a priority and I saved up the money to try to get something done to make it look better. What I got was way better than my expectations . I did a walk-in just to get a free estimate for paint repair. I was greeted upon arrival and Roger was able to quote me in no time. Before he did that though, he was fully transparent with the pricing and offered to wipe away the excess paint with a cleaning solution so I wouldn’t be overcharged. I was offered two options for repair, I decided to do the cheaper choice. They were able to squeeze me in same day and I am extremely satisfied with the final outcome. 10/10 would recommend!! Will be coming here for any future needs for sure
