I took my 06 ford in after I was broad sided at an intersection. I'm not from around here so really didn't know who to trust. I called a number of places and these guys seemed to be the most up front and friendly. The day I took my car down I explained that I have done body work myself and know my way round. They showed me different cars at varying stages of repair to include the one that just got out of paint the day before. when I saw the completed job I decided this was the shop. The car was Metallic Red Pearlcoat. Which they had to blend to the original paint. It was about 97% match which is the best I had ever seen. It didn't have any fish eyes, runs or droops, orange peal, sand marks or foreign objects anywhere. When I picked my ford up I was extremely pleased, it was about a week and half late but I was updated frequently until completed so I was only slightly annoyed but understanding when dealing with 3rd party's. I'm so impressed with the work I'm seriously considering having my 67 Cuda redone that I will show. I recommend this shop as you can't fake what I saw. I can't compare with others in the Area these guys are the only one's I have dealt with. The price was right on and they even detailed the interior to include the trunk.

I can’t say enough good things about Hale’s. I drove from Plano to have them work on my suv. Their workmanship was impeccable. They were honest and efficient. The dealership wanted to charge me thousands more than what I paid at Hale’s. I’ll be back!

With so many bad, money hungry body shops out there. Its nice to have found one that backs their work and are willing to correct a mistake if and when one happens. No business is perfect but what set this company apart(in my opinion)is a willingness to correct it until you are satisfied. Whether its through insurance(which they handle for you)or you jacked up your tailgate trying to do something with a chain, that was never meant to be done. They will give you a great cash price to fix stupidity and have it done FAST.

I was recommend by a friend years ago to go to this shop to get some work done on my car and ever since then I've been a loyal customer. Even when I moved farther away (it now takes me approx 45 mins in travel time) This is the ONLY shop I'll put my faith into. The staff is kind and courteous with a wonderful sense of humor to boot. They do quality work at the very best prices. On my last repair I was quoted nearly $200.00 more by a competitor than what Hale's charged. PLUS as a surprise which I was blown away by they totally cleaned my car inside and out! These people at this shop are really the very best and will treat you like family. I recommend them to everyone and promise you won't be disappointed

I took my Honda S2000 to a couple of the highest Yelp rated body shops, with the claimed “low prices”, nearby Carrollton. I told them that I would be paying myself, and guess that’s why they thought I was a billionaire, seeing an incredibly expensive car like that. To paint my hood and fender (both new and in primer), and touch up the front bumper cover, was estimated by the first shop at $2500. The next, in Addison, quoted me $3500. Then I remembered a friend who had taken her car to Hale’s Collision when it was totaled out due to hail damage, and she was pleased with the work. I met with Brian who took his time to look at the car with me. In addition to the previous stated work, we also added in a door ding, and an area on the rear bumper cover. I dropped it off first thing on a Monday and met with John, the manager, and he went over the process of dis-assembly and prep, and said that it would be ready Thursday. They delivered on time and the work was fantastic, all for $1400. Both of these men were professional and courteous, and the work was excellent. It’s great to know that there still exists a quality repair shop that does honest work at a fair price.

Justin was wonderful. He made sure I knew what was happening every step of the way. Not to mention he nade sure I knew why everything was happening, which made me feel confident about his service. Not to mention they create a wonderful environment. I have been to stale chain owned body shops and Hales does not have the corporate feeling - it feels like somewhere you can trust. They took care of my car quicker than the quoted time and even cleaned my car. I hope I never need a collision center again, but if I do, I know where I'm going!

After entrusting my car for repairs at this place, I experienced severe damage and mental distress, leading me to take legal action. The law will soon deliver its judgment, and while I will share the outcome later, I am writing this to expose the extremely negligent and unethical behavior of the business owner. This is a place I absolutely do not recommend. Absolutely disappointing auto shop and a huge scammer. Just be cautious!

If I could give Hale’s 10 stars I would! Here’s a couple reasons why you should visit Hale’s: 1. I was able to get a quote right away (even though the parking lot is full- just park across the street if need be) 2. Justin was extremely helpful, and very open about what parts may be more expensive and wouldn’t fit my budget (I even had paint thinner stained on my car and Justin recommended a chemical wash which took the stain right out) 3. They finished my car in less than 3 days, which was extremely helpful for me getting to work the following week Overall, if you need a place that’s efficient and is affordable, make sure to visit! I feel like I have a brand new car 👍

This was the best experience I have ever had with an automotive shop. I took my car to have collision damaged repaired. Justin, the manager, is easy to work with, let's you know what to expect and was very responsive to my questions and provided updates without being prompted.
