BMW advised I needed new brakes although they were not making a noise. I decided to go to Brakes Plus to save money. Brakes Plus did a full inspection and advised I did not need new brakes at this time. I initially had new brakes and rotors in 2022. I really appreciate their honesty and look forward to coming back when I really need new brakes. Everyone was nice, professional, and they explained everything thoroughly. The waiting area was also nice and clean.

I’ve been here to get my oil changed and had an issue with my car where my car wouldn’t shift into gear and they helped me get my car towed and had my car fixed within a few hours. These are the most accommodating and nice the people are and they will forever have a customer as long as Chasity, Rian, and Brian work there!!!!!!!!!!!

May2024: 5⭐: I would recommend this repair shop location and the personnel working here.  I recently had another large service repair with follow up care inspection, and a battery issue on one vehicle and a maintenance repair and evaluation on a second vehicle. This location has reasonable prices and honest people working here like the manager Kassie and Chris who took care of me and my vehicles. Aug2023: 5⭐: I have returned here to have my vehicle serviced. I had an extensive service completed at this location on various issues pertaining to my vehicles. It was completed over the course of two days and I received my vehicle back in good mechanical condition. May2018: 5⭐: This was my first visit to this specific location. Sometime ago I visited a Brakes Plus location and did not have a good experience. I came to this specific location as a result of a value pack coupon that I received in the mail. This location was convenient because I used the auto repair business next door to this specific location. Each representative I spoke with from this location seem to be knowledgeable and friendly about the business. They were quick and efficient about getting the vehicle repaired and back to me in a timely fashion. I received a phone call about the required items that I needed to have done before the work was completed. I approved the work and within  a few hours my vehicle was ready to go. After my initial bad visit at another location out of state, I would be willing to return to this location and give them a chance as my primary repair shop for my vehicles maintenance.

First time here and had a great experience, so much so that I wanted to learn more about my car from Chastity who was awesome. I’ve never been that interested in the workings of my car beyond oil changes and tire replacements but Chastity was so helpful that now I feel more invested in my vehicle and timely maintenance. Nobody was pushy (which is one of the reasons I usually avoid body shops much to my car’s dismay), assessments were honest, and prices are very reasonable. As I found out, they do more than brakes so I will be back for regular visits! A++ for this location!

NEVER GO HERE! THEY LIE AND ARE NOT TRUST WORTHY! Wish I could give zero stars. This place will never get any of my business again. Took my wife's car to get it checked for alignment. Told them I didn't really think it needed one, it was running fine. Not really pulling or anything. Was running great but wanted it checked because the dealer had told my wife she needed an alignment and I had just got new tires. They told me they would check it out and if it needed the alignment it would take about 45 min. After 30 min they came back and said they had to stop the alignment because my tie rods were bad and also my ball joints. Gave me a quote for almost 700.00 dollars. I instantly took the car to two other place because I never had and indication that the car was running bad. Both of the other two place found nothing wrong. I can't believe this place was trying to get over on me. Saying my car was broke when it wasn't. I have spent thousands of dollars here and now I wonder did any of the work I had done was really needed? Taking money from hard working people is the worst kinda of business in my book.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ After reading the outstanding Google reviews for Brakes Plus in Lewisville, Texas, I decided to bring my 2012 Toyota Tundra in for a repair, and they absolutely lived up to the hype. My truck needed a clock spring replaced because the horn wasn’t working. As soon as I walked in, Marck, my service advisor, took great care of me. Within just a few minutes, he provided an accurate estimate and let me know he could have the part in hand in about an hour. True to his word, he personally texted me as soon as the part arrived. I headed back to the shop, and within an hour and a half, the repair was completed and I was back on the road with everything working perfectly. General Manager Chasity and her team clearly run a first-class operation. From start to finish, they treated me like a king. Professional, efficient, and honest, it’s easy to see why this location has such high ratings. I highly recommend Chasity, Marck, and the entire team for any automotive repairs. They’ve earned every one of those five stars!
